Beautifully decorated place and service is nice if you don’t count the fact they charge you $2 extra for a splash of almond milk in an already overpriced black tea named “horchata chai” for unknown reasons. Long story short, me and my bf wanted to get a couple of chai lattes. We were told they were out of them for the day, so my bf went with Horchata chai. He asked if he could have it with almond milk and was told it’s actually just tea with water but milk can be added. After saying yes, $2 charge was promptly added to a tea that costs $6. Wisely I decided to taste his before I place an order. He got served regular ol’ black tea. I didn’t want to say anything as I didn’t want to kill the mood of the day but that place is a never again for us :)

Perfection! I ordered a very specific coffee and it was handcrafted perfectly. Very cute decor. Staff couldn't be nicer.

Kid-friendliness: Adorable decor with fun items for children.

I wanted to love this place and support local but the drinks were not good. Not sure if just our preference but they really disappointed. Also, for the price????
Drinks ordered: Blue matcha( regular matcha was not available). They said it was basically the same thing and it truly did not taste anything like matcha. 0/10. Also ordered a regular lemonade. That was a unique lemonade.

We ordered cupcakes and they were good.

I love the atmosphere, it is very relaxed and nice to go with friends and family. Also, the food is delicious except the lemonades taste very sour, but otherwise I loved the place.

Inefficient in how they process orders. Multiple items (two shakes and a special) all came out at different times. It was 15 minutes for the first item and then another 15 to get the final item. Mint shake was good.

Can only speak to the cake shake, but it is significantly more expensive than a plain ole Portillo's cake shake and yet it totally lacks the defining chunks of cake in the shake; truly, why call it a cake shake? The place is adorable, an Instagrammable fairy garden, and the goodies are very pretty. But you are paying for aesthetics first and foremost.

Pros: cool place, friendly people, we got a couple of lemonades which were good

Cons: $12 dollars for just ONE lemonade.

Almost $30 for two lemonades and a cupcake, shame on me for not looking at the price before ordering I suppose but I don't think the average person expects it to be anywhere near that price. The lemonade was good, but it was just lemonade. No better than most fresh lemonades. Cannot justify more than 3 stars simply because the price is too high.
