Very cute set up! There are 2 swings to sit on, and lots of fun desserts to pick from. The inside was smaller than expected so I imagine on weekends it may be hard to find seating. Definitely worth checking out!

It's a cute little place in downtown Geneva. However, I would not go back. My wife and I got a few things. I got a brownie that was to hard and just ok. My wife got a Raspberry Cake that didn't taste like Raspberries and wasn't very tasty. I had an Oreo pop that was pretty much an Oreo dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with gold flakes no real creativity there and those three things equaling almost $20 wasn't worth it. Nice people and seems cute enough. I didn't try anything else there so I'm not saying that something there isn't good. I'm sure that there are good things there! Just sharing my experience.

I ordered a slice of pistachio cake, but when I tried it the flavor was totally different, it just tasted like any vanilla bread with walnuts. Regarding the price, I think it doesn't match

Don’t get any of their frozen drinks, I paid $6 dlls plus tip for a lavender shakeato and it was 3/4 ice and the rest coffee, I asked person in the counter to make it right serve the right and just got a little bit more, their cupcakes are dry, probably a couple days old, I will not come back here, there are many places where they do things right and care for customers, not just money…

Great atmosphere and staff is super friendly but way over priced! They call it playful online but it's a trap for normal people struggling. This is only for bougie white people with way too much money. I suppose it's spot on for it's location though. I purchased a gift card for a Xmas present and decided to get the red velvet cake hot chocolate which was $11.00 as were most others. Had to laugh at the portion size plus it looked like something out of a Barbie cartoon, way to much going on with sprinkles and icing around the rim. Just give me a normal person drink, please. It got dumped out the window 2 blocks down the road.

This place looks very cute for pictures but the treats are very underwhelming the cupcakes tasted spoiled and stale. The hot chocolate tasted like it was from a bag, nothing special. Customer service was great but did not offset the quality issues.

We come here every year to get hot chocolate before going to look for our Christmas tree. We had a somewhat awkward mishap after my son accidentally spilled his, but the owner contacted us right away and made it right! Great customer service and delicious and unique hot chocolates!

The pistachio loaf cake is crazy good!And one of the few places that makes a classic brownie exactly how I like it. A little crispy on the top, and moist on the bottom. No nuts. No chocolate chips. Just straight up brownie.I’ve never had the ice cream so is can’t speak to that. But these two desserts I mentioned are my go-to’s.

Love love love this place! It was originally a frozen yogurt place. Stood vacant for quite some time and I was so pleased to see this place pop up! The lavender honey soft serve is amazing! If ice cream isn't your thing they have amazing cupcakes and treats as well.

Our 1st time here! The cookie dough cupcake was out of this world. The cookie dough is so fresh. My son loved his lemonade with popsicle in it! Unfortunately, my mom bought the lemon cupcake. It wasn't good. I tried it. The cookie dough & coffee was excellent!
We walked around the block after dinner and found this place. We all enjoyed our selections. Staff was friendly. Place was very clean and well lit.

Cute spot in DT Geneva, good cafe and dessert options. Teas, lemonades, cafe drinks, cupcakes, chocolates, and various ways to dress up a few flavors of soft serve. Soft serve and mango mousse is a bit pricey at $6, cupcakes $4.50, cafe drinks $5, had 1 cupcake, 3 basic soft serves, 2 mango mousses , and a cold brew and the bill was roughly $40. I will say the soft serve was fairly large and definitely shareable for 2 people which I would recommend. Service was good and quick.

Hey Sugar Review 7/24/2023 As you walk in to Hey Sugar. You know that you have stumbled across something wonderful! The air is filled with intoxicating aromas of chocolate, caramel, cotton candy, candy, sugary treats, and so much more. It takes you back to that kid in a candy store feeling. Everyone was super friendly and unbelievably sweet just like the treats. The decorations are frilly, girly, and pink! So, it is definitely a girly wonderland! From the rows of bulbs and lights. To the two big swings. They make it a point to make it feel fun and festive! The walls of flowers are my favorite part. It makes you feel as if you're in a fairytale. I also love the Hey Sugar sign that makes for the perfect picture! They also have a British telephone booth, a scooter bar cart, along with inspirational signs that add that fun good vibes! Every little detail is well thought over and it shows. They have a huge selection of unique flavor combinations that are creative and delicious! I will definitely be back every time I'm in town! Snickerdoodle cupcake This cupcake was crumbly, dense, and rich! I loved how it had a swirl of cinnamon goodness throughout the cupcake. Not only was it aesthetically pleasing. But, it added a demotion of flavor to the cupcake that made it stand appart from just a regular cupcake. The frosting was piled high! It was airy, sweet, and light! It tasted like cinnamon French toast but, in frosting format! Unbelievably good! They also put the cutest little snickerdoodle cookie on top. I loved it! It added that little bit of much needed texture and that cuteness that I'm a sucker for. I'm big about multiple textures and well thought out meals. This cupcake was just that! If you are craving something sweet and out of this world. Get this cupcake! Only if you're a huge cinnamon fan though. Strawberry lemonade sparkling I ordered a strawberry lemonade sparkling because it was a really hot day. It was definitely a wonderful suggestion! It was sweet, tangy, and zesty! And, it was unbelievably beautiful. I loved the elegant small dices of strawberries mixed in with the sparkling lemonade. The slice of lemon and the strawberry on the side tied the whole drink together. It was just beautiful! If you enjoy carbonated beverages. Then, you have to try this wonderful creation. I personally thought that it was a little on the sweet side. But, it was still really good! My friend enjoyed every last sip of this Summery surprise. And, I guarantee that every time we're in town that we'll get one.
