The food is always great at Mikes.

Haven’t been here in awhile.. I remember the bread at all locations being average to below average. Seems they’ve improved! Never the less, way better than the questionable sandwich chains out there. Love the hot subs!!

March 26th, Jersey Mike's #DayofGiving when each of the 81 Chicago area Jersey Mike's locations will donate 100% of sales to Cal’s Angels. Thank you Jersey Mike’s. And the supreme club was excellent.

I just have to say that Sarah the AMAZING woman who assisted me with making my sandwich after a long exhausting 14 hr day at the Steelmill, was an absolute breath of fresh air.

Greeted with a radiant smile and a cheerful hello, she made my sandwich and engaged in conversation with me where I told her about my day and why I was filthy. Her professionalism, and ability to even upsell me suggesting I’d get more rest if I had more Jersey mikes for lunch made me chuckle but agree with her.

Weird to say but I felt at home in that sandwich shop and even though it was blisteringly cold outside her warmth and customer care and attention to detail really made your shop that much warmer.

Because of her I will only be getting my sandwiches from this location, and Jersey Mikes.

Calvin (not Hobbs 🥺, hoping it was) is a pleasure to work with.

We had a large group order. After experiencing how friendly and well Calvin runs this store, I would drive past 2 other Jersey Mikes to get my order from this one!

I will never understand when an order is placed, in person, or on the app, why instructions are not followed. Always something screwed up with the order. Something missing, wrong sandwich etc. this is in person AND via the app.

This location is a terrible experience. The associates can’t get the order right. Then when we bring it to their attention they get an attitude and make excuses about being short staffed.

Went there today, I ordered a tuna on wheat, when I got it , it was disgusting the tuna salad was so soggy it just oozed out the sandwhich and the bread got all soggy and gross .
We usually have sandwiches from JM , but not today! I ended up throwing it in the garbage it was so bad! I choose to spend my money for lunch , but will think twice next time.
