Save your money and the frustration and go somewhere else. This store was good previously, not sure if there is new ownership dragging it down now, but management and staff definitely are. They can no longer get an order correct. Either they miss something requested at the time of the order or they charge you for an add on item and then don’t add the item to the sandwich. When you call them on the error, every staff member there acts as if it’s your fault as the customer or as if it’s not their problem. They won’t refund because they claim they can’t refund a specific add on item or a specific item and have to refund the entire order. Again, if you made an error and overcharged someone, if your system won’t let you fix that specific item, then take care of the customer and refund the order. You and your team messed up, not the customer. When ask for a call back, they simply say Harbol is the owner and can’t guarantee he will call you back. So much for showing you appreciate customers and specifically returning customers.

I’m so dead I ordered a spicey chicken wrap got home and no chicken in the wrap! Just all tortillas and sauce. Huge bummer since I traded them 50$ worth of Betty eddies from a dispensary. Yikes those kids need to be uh fired!!!!!!!!

Why does every Jimmy Johns hire the people with the worst customer service skills? This is the third franchise - no one looks up, no one smiles, no one speaks. Disrespectful and full of attitude. They could all care less. Miserable young people.

The last time I ordered for delivery, my sandwich was missing almost all of the toppings, so this time I decided to go in store. Luckily, I checked before I left because my sandwich only had a pea sized amount of avocado on it, and the bread looked like someone had ripped it with their thumb.

When I went inside and asked about it, the tall man in the gray shirt was very helpful and offered to remake the sandwich. HOWEVER, the lady with dark hair in a high bun and a septum piercing was incredibly rude and condescending and said the sandwich was fine. I understand that it may not have seemed major, but if I am going to be paying $13 for a meal I really would love a sandwich that both looks and tastes appealing. As someone who has a lot of social anxiety and was already anxious about asking for a replacement, that was such an awful experience for me. Will absolutely not be returning.

Stopped here quick on my 15 min work break. Ordered a number four. Got back to work with 7 minutes to spare.
Took a few bites…wondered why the turkey wasn’t exactly coming through.
Well. Because it wasn’t there :/
How do you forget turkey on a turkey tom? It’s in the name! Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to run back, so I choked down a tomato, lettuce, mayo, cheddar sandwich.

Me and my friends stopped at the outside seating after grabbing some cookies from down the way. Wanting to eat really quick we had planned on grabbing some drinks from inside so we at least weren’t taking up space without paying. However as one of our friends was walking in a lady came out and told us to leave since we didn’t order food. We said we understood and were going to grab some drinks but she just said not unless we are getting food.

I went into this Jimmy John’s location for lunch and had a really disappointing experience. The customer service was horrible — the employees were extremely rude and dismissive. While I was waiting to order, the woman in front of me was asking some simple, reasonable questions, and the staff responded with a lot of attitude, cutting her off and acting like she was a burden. We actually spoke afterward, and she felt the exact same way. When I finally got my food, it didn’t taste fresh at all — the bread was dry and the ingredients didn’t seem up to their usual standard. Overall, it was just an uncomfortable and weird experience. I definitely do not recommend this location.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Worst in my entire life!!!! I keep coming back giving the benefit of the doubt and hoping at least the rude girl working is not there. But this was the last straw. I thought JJ was suppose to be freaky fast. I place an order on the app for the earliest time available which was 11 though I got to the store at 10:30. They said they have 15 orders ahead of mine and in won’t be ready till 11 and would have to come back. I only ordered online bc I like to customize my sandwich. I asked is there anyway I can bump my order since I am there and they said no. So I canceled my ordered and asked ok well can I order right now in person. They said it would still not be ready for 30 minutes??? I don’t get that. RUDE especially I give JJ so much business as I come for lunch multiple times a week. Fire that girl. All the online reviews for the store and all complaining about the worst customer service they ever had because of her. I will NEVER come back.

Just placed an order on the app for this location. They instantly called us and said they didn't have any bread?? 630 on a Thursday and they are out of bread? Anyways when the young lady called she said it would be 30 minutes til they had more to which I said that's fine we will wait... Dead silence on the other end. I said "hello?" Responded with "ok" to which i said "is that fine" and she said "yeah , that's fine"
Incredibly awkward and terribly uncomfortable when your talking to the person making your family's food.

2 minutes later I called back and asked if everything was OK and if they were closing or something. She said no and it was fine..

Ordered sandwiches for my 4 year old and toddler plus my wife and I. And my gut told me just don't let these people make your family food. It was an absolute crazy interaction. I rarely leave negative reviews.. in fact, I'm not sure I've ever left one but this was bad. I'm just mind boggled at the customer service and interaction I just had.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE. Terrible customer service. Used my last dollars for a sandwich for my kids. Ordering ranch instead of mayo for my kids sandwich with kids right next to me. And no further customer service given in regards to explaining they only have a spicy ranch.!! Sandwich was not replaced to where my kids could eat it. And apparently no one that works there is required to give out their name if you wanted to complain about them.

I deal with long wait time for delivery which is fine bc I’m a nurse and I can just eat later if need be but I feel like this has to be on purpose my bag was open when I received it instead of closed and my bag of chips were in tiny pieces. Not a single chip intact.

Save your $. I've order now 3 times & it has taken over an hour for the delivery to come. Today I ordered at 1:20 & it arrived at almost 2:40. Which makes no sense for something that literally says "freaky fast" delivery. When I called I was told "that's the way the cookie crumbles" sometimes.
