Just placed an order on the app for this location. They instantly called us and said they didn't have any bread?? 630 on a Thursday and they are out of bread? Anyways when the young lady called she said it would be 30 minutes til they had more to which I said that's fine we will wait... Dead silence on the other end. I said "hello?" Responded with "ok" to which i said "is that fine" and she said "yeah , that's fine"
Incredibly awkward and terribly uncomfortable when your talking to the person making your family's food.
2 minutes later I called back and asked if everything was OK and if they were closing or something. She said no and it was fine..
Ordered sandwiches for my 4 year old and toddler plus my wife and I. And my gut told me just don't let these people make your family food. It was an absolute crazy interaction. I rarely leave negative reviews.. in fact, I'm not sure I've ever left one but this was bad. I'm just mind boggled at the customer service and interaction I just had.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE. Terrible customer service. Used my last dollars for a sandwich for my kids. Ordering ranch instead of mayo for my kids sandwich with kids right next to me. And no further customer service given in regards to explaining they only have a spicy ranch.!! Sandwich was not replaced to where my kids could eat it. And apparently no one that works there is required to give out their name if you wanted to complain about them.
I deal with long wait time for delivery which is fine bc I’m a nurse and I can just eat later if need be but I feel like this has to be on purpose my bag was open when I received it instead of closed and my bag of chips were in tiny pieces. Not a single chip intact.
Save your $. I've order now 3 times & it has taken over an hour for the delivery to come. Today I ordered at 1:20 & it arrived at almost 2:40. Which makes no sense for something that literally says "freaky fast" delivery. When I called I was told "that's the way the cookie crumbles" sometimes.

horrible. i had a long long day and all i was looking forward to was my jimmy john sandwich. first the worker is clearly on something, whatever. second, they are out of bread, how is that possible? i dont know. i end up getting the smaller sandwich because i want my sandwich. i should’ve checked my sandwich there because i get home and there is mayo on my sandwich. i said no mayo. the sandwich is now ruined. there is also supposed to be cheese on my sandwich. there is no cheese. way to make my bad day even worse. thanks jimmy john’s.

The worst JJs. We avoided ordering from here for a couple years because of bad experiences, like ordering for delivery only to be called to be told there’s no driver on staff.. in an idiot move, we tried to order again recently. They were out of pickles that time, which fine… it is what it is.. see picture of bread though. That’s the best proofing they can do? For a company known for its bread??
As a glutton for punishment, we tried to order again today, only to receive a phone call telling us they’re out of pickles AGAIN… disappointing like the last time, but it is what it is.. EXCEPT they can’t refund the $2 for the pickle. They can throw in chips, which we didn’t want, or something “of similar value”, or cancel the entire order. give me a break… absurd to cancel the whole order, after waiting 15 minutes, only to get back into line behind all the other orders and start over.
We went to Jersey Mike’s instead. If you are really craving JJs, I suggest the one in STC off e main by Target. They once forgot a sandwich topping and delivered us an entirely new sandwich. That’s service. Their food is better, their bread is better, their delivery is better, their service is better. The Randall Rd store is abysmal. Save your money and frustration and get a sandwich elsewhere.

These guys screw up orders all the time. Gave me the wrong sandwich they told me bring in the receipt and they'll give me the right one I ordered. So I did that after working 12 hours and a 15min drive then told me I need to bring the sandwich too. So wanted me to drive back another 15min to bring the wrong sandwich in. Ran by kids that don't know what they're doing

Driver was yelling and swearing on the rode. Extremely hostel without any regard for other drivers. Went in to the store. No manager on duty, the two idiots working there were clueless, lacked basic social skills, communication skills and are obviously doing as little as possible to collect a paycheck. Went in the next day the woman working was a bit better yet still wasn't helpful. Again no manager on duty. Which explains why this business is a joke. Don't pay for overpriced sandwiches. These are no better than the grocery. Go to a real deli. Plenty other places that respect their customer and the public.

Rude management service... charged 2.25 for extra tuna on a little John and gave me one extra scoop! Ridiculous price and expected better service from management

I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times and each time it has taken an hour minimum for a single sandwich. I live 5 minutes from this location and I have never ordered during the lunch rush. No where near freaky fast.

Ordered $500 worth of catering and did not receive everything I ordered. Called and asked them to deliver the rest of my order, they said no. Manager was rude, did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. When I reached out to corporate, they said “I apologize on behalf of everyone at JJ’s.” I’ve sent multiple follow ups and have not heard back. They are not interested in correcting their errors. I did not receive what I paid for, and they didn’t even want to give a partial refund or a voucher. Thieves.
