I couldn’t place order online for delivery and for some reason their website was down! I immediately called a spoke to friendly voice (Caleb) he took my order. He was extremely polite and helpful and was apologetic about their website being down! Hopefully they will get it fixed but overall 5+ stars for their service!
Caleb from this Jimmy Johns location was super accommodating and helpful regarding my order. I really appreciated his help. This location is great and the sandwiches are really good. #5 Vito is the best. I'll keep ordering :)
Kudos to the two guys working on 3/24/22. I didn’t realize this location closed at 6pm and placed an order at around 5:40pm. I was running late and got a call from the store asking if I was still coming. I rushed over and the two young guys had already closed the store down but had waited for me to get my food. I had 2 hungry kids in the car and we would’ve been totally out of luck and late for my daughter’s school function if they had just decided to shut the store down...
