Awesome service. The prices a a bit high, but I come for the employees and delicious. Kaitlyn and Andrea are hysterical and make each visit so much fun. I was surprised when they told me they didn’t own it!!

We visited Kilwin's during the early evening on a Sunday. We were happily greeted upon arrival and the staff were cleaning during their downtime, which is always something nice to see! The chocolate and ice cream were great. I also love the old fashioned ice cream shop vibes. Lots of variety, and lots of options for dessert! We will be visiting again!

We loooove Kilwin’s!!! As a local Geneva resident who lives just a couple of blocks away, my family and I love coming here not just for the ice cream and treats, but the amazing friendly service. Andrea is such a delight and makes us feel like family. She even knows my kids’ favorite ice cream flavors. She is a big reason why my kids beg to go to Kilwin’s almost every day. So lucky to have Kilwin’s in the neighborhood!

We love Kilwins in downtown Geneva. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and ready to assist you! We love the ice cream, fudge and chocolates! The store is super clean, including the bathrooms. The patio is cozy and inviting! We like to sit out and enjoy the views of 3rd Street. We highly recommend Kilwins and will continue to visit!

The team here is so amazing! I went in for the first time with my parents and we had so much fun chatting with the team and looking around. They have a ton of options and even fresh popcorn. We got a variety of chocolate goodies and the things I tried were perfection.

Great location. Awesome staff. Very friendly and helpful. Ice cream is yummy. Superman, blue moon, peanut butter, toasted coconut and classic vanilla are our favorites. Fudge is soft and delicious ? Salted caramel, turtle, peanut butter are our favorite fudges.

Kid-friendliness: Tables and chairs to enjoy treats. Special bar/counter seating to watch the magic happen.

Wheelchair accessibility: Space in the aisles for wheel chairs and walkers. Handicap restrooms. No auto open door. Need someone to open it for you.
