Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

This Kilwins is very clean and comfortable. The young guy who helped us (I think his name was Jin) was really nice. We sampled a few flavors and ended up choosing Geneva Mud and Pecan. Also picked up some seasonal cookies, super cute!

Regional Manager behind the counter was rude, loud and disrespectful at the Geneva store. Had a big issue to my request on splitting one scoop into 2 cups for my 2 year old granddaughter since they do not have kid size cups. Instead gave me a lecture, in front of the other customers, on her company’s bottom line for an extra cup. Never during our conservation did I refuse to pay for an extra empty cup!

Terrible service and awful prices. My wife walked in here to get some chocolate for the kids and their $7 lemonade that was filled with so much ice that after we all did one sip each it was already empty. I took the cup back in the store to ask for some water and they refused despite showing them our receipt. The female worker at the register was also nasty about it like I was asking for a hand out or something. NEVER AGAIN.

The workers all 2 of them were giving dirty looks the second I walked in , and the girl went over and whispered to the coworker and both looked at me and my friend then we were extremely uncomfortable and we decided to leave and as we walked out they both laugh

2nd best Chocolate and ice cream compared to Godiva.

Eva was one of the nicest workers ever, her costumer service was excellent and shes such a kind young lady.

Large sign saying coffee available…was not. Employees not controlling line so I waited a long time for nothing. Leadership needed.

The salted caramel hot chocolate is hands down the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had in my life. we went 4 days in a row

Visiting family from illinois to Lake Geneva Wis. Great staff. Awesome, very friendly, and ice cream is yummy. Definitely recommend the place visiting or family outings etc. 5 stars 🌟

We visited Kilwin's during the early evening on a Sunday. We were happily greeted upon arrival and the staff were cleaning during their downtime, which is always something nice to see! The chocolate and ice cream were great. I also love the old fashioned ice cream shop vibes. Lots of variety, and lots of options for dessert! We will be visiting again!

We loooove Kilwin’s!!! As a local Geneva resident who lives just a couple of blocks away, my family and I love coming here not just for the ice cream and treats, but the amazing friendly service. Andrea is such a delight and makes us feel like family. She even knows my kids’ favorite ice cream flavors. She is a big reason why my kids beg to go to Kilwin’s almost every day. So lucky to have Kilwin’s in the neighborhood!
