This Kilwins is very clean and comfortable. The young guy who helped us (I think his name was Jin) was really nice. We sampled a few flavors and ended up choosing Geneva Mud and Pecan. Also picked up some seasonal cookies, super cute!

Visiting family from illinois to Lake Geneva Wis. Great staff. Awesome, very friendly, and ice cream is yummy. Definitely recommend the place visiting or family outings etc. 5 stars 🌟

Awesome service. The prices a a bit high, but I come for the employees and delicious. Kaitlyn and Andrea are hysterical and make each visit so much fun. I was surprised when they told me they didn’t own it!!
