Really great manager! We're out of state and had a problem with the Uber delivery to Batavia. Even though it was not Nothing Bundt Cakes' fault they made it right by personally delivering it at no charge and even adding in some extras. I'll be sure to order from them again for taking such good care of us!

Alright place for cakes, but the place is covered in dust and to top it off they don't do payroll correctly are shady about communicating about pay and then give you the run around when you realize what they gave you was missing 29 hours. Also have a 15 year old working without a permit. Managers stand around on their phones using the excuse they have kids and other jobs.

Yesterday was my birthday so I stopped in for my little bundt gift like I do every year (love this perk!) and to also buy a larger cake for my family gathering later. I'm normally greeted with the happiest and friendliest service! But I give this rating less than 5 stars because this time was a pretty different experience. I'm so sorry if the girl behind the counter was having a hard day, but I have to give feedback that she was not very friendly (no smile, didn't acknowledge my birthday, etc). I left there feeling disappointed, and ended up going to a different bakery for a cake.

Went in to order 3 dozen Bundtinis. I had an assortment. In the assortment were 6 Gluten Free. I asked for the Gluten Gree to be put in a separate box. I explained that this was due to a Gluten allergy and they could not be cross contaminated. I was told that per the owner, they could not separate. I was offered the larger Bundt cake but that is not what I wanted. Poor customer service. Will not go back.

I've been here many times and I would ask for frosting just in the middle (not all over) on one of the cupcakes but my request couldn't be done. So therefore I just had a plain cupcake. Then the second issue was I ordered 5 different flavors but instead of confetti I received vanilla. Thankfully the person who received the vanilla one said it was still tasty. Other than that my experience was good.
I went to this location two separate times to purchase a Reese’s Bundtlette. Both times it was really just the double chocolate flavor. There were no peanut butter chips or cream in the middle and barely any peanut butter on the outside. It’s disappointing that I attempted this flavor twice at this location and it was not what it was supposed to be both times. I will not be going back.

I was very excited to try their new seasonal flavor churro dulce de leche, The lady was very nice, she gave me the tip to put my churro cake a few seconds in the microwaves and enjoy dulce de leche warm, which was impossible because dulce de leche never existed in my cake, did they forget to put it in?

Absolutely love Nothing Bundt Cakes! The Geneva Commons location has to be one of the most welcoming, kind and helpful locations. The staff are always ready to help you and constantly smiling.

Unfortunately I have to share my very unpleasant experience at the Geneva location. While I am a frequent patron here, I brought my daughter in on her birthday, as I've done in the past. It is very advertised that you receive a free cake on your birthday. While I know this is just a marketing tool to get customers in the door, I respect that. But to that end, when we entered and I told the saleswoman that it was my daughter's birthday, we were met with hoops to jump through, of which we did not succeed. First, you have to be a part of their email list: ok, I am (as I've purchased many things here before). Then she said no, my daughter has to have her own email registered: ok, we can do that. Then: you will have to prove it's her birthday with an ID. Seriously?! Like my daughter and I are coming in here to scam you out of a $2 mini cake?! So I said she doesn't have an ID, she's only 12. She then says, "oh, well then she can't sign up for emails because she has to be 13". Followed with a condescending "sorry", and "well she doesn't look 12" (which makes absolutely no difference in this scenario ?♀️). So we walked out with nothing but a very bad feeling for Nothing Bundt Cakes, Geneva. So long story short, if you are under the age of 13, you do not get a free mini bundlet on your birthday! "No cake for you!!".It was just such sad, unnecessary, very poor customer service, especially on my daughter's birthday.To note, we visited several other Geneva businesses that day that were overwhelming accommodating, friendly and happy to give my daughter a treat for her birthday. I also purchased additional items as well (which again, is the main point of this marketing tool). Just such a negative connotation this employee and establishment left on both of us for the day.I must point out the businesses that met us with positive experiences: Tropical Smoothie Cafe (next door), Sephora, Ulta, Starbucks, Bath & Body and Crumble Cookie (which, by the way, is going in three doors down soon). Can't wait to take my business there instead!
