Delicious bunt cakes! I decided to get their box of 12 and try every flavor. They were all so soft and moist and yummy that I almost ate all 12 in one night!

Really great manager! We're out of state and had a problem with the Uber delivery to Batavia. Even though it was not Nothing Bundt Cakes' fault they made it right by personally delivering it at no charge and even adding in some extras. I'll be sure to order from them again for taking such good care of us!

Alright place for cakes, but the place is covered in dust and to top it off they don't do payroll correctly are shady about communicating about pay and then give you the run around when you realize what they gave you was missing 29 hours. Also have a 15 year old working without a permit. Managers stand around on their phones using the excuse they have kids and other jobs.

Yesterday was my birthday so I stopped in for my little bundt gift like I do every year (love this perk!) and to also buy a larger cake for my family gathering later. I'm normally greeted with the happiest and friendliest service! But I give this rating less than 5 stars because this time was a pretty different experience. I'm so sorry if the girl behind the counter was having a hard day, but I have to give feedback that she was not very friendly (no smile, didn't acknowledge my birthday, etc). I left there feeling disappointed, and ended up going to a different bakery for a cake.

Went in to order 3 dozen Bundtinis. I had an assortment. In the assortment were 6 Gluten Free. I asked for the Gluten Gree to be put in a separate box. I explained that this was due to a Gluten allergy and they could not be cross contaminated. I was told that per the owner, they could not separate. I was offered the larger Bundt cake but that is not what I wanted. Poor customer service. Will not go back.

I've been here many times and I would ask for frosting just in the middle (not all over) on one of the cupcakes but my request couldn't be done. So therefore I just had a plain cupcake. Then the second issue was I ordered 5 different flavors but instead of confetti I received vanilla. Thankfully the person who received the vanilla one said it was still tasty. Other than that my experience was good.
