Had a really nice lunch with friends. Everyone was happy with their food! Reuben chicken strips and pot roast sandwich and of course the fries! Lucus was a great waiter!

My wife and I were hungry and thirsty. We just finished watching a Boys basketball game at Geneva HS. They won that night. We asked one of the teachers there if she could recommend a restaurant nearby. She just started going on and on about OTP, the food, the atmosphere, the staff, the beer on tap and the MUST try onion rings. This place rocks but I'm getting ahead of myself. She gave us excellent directions. We walk in, it's a slow night. We ordered a beer and mixed drink; my Stella was tasty and fresh. My wife enjoyed her mixed drink. It had an excellent ratio Tito's to Cranberry. It wasn't a heavy headed pour, it's just right. My wife rarly orders a second mix drink BUT she loved it so much she wanted another one. Haha-She gave me the car keys and told me I was driving home. The drink was outstanding, according to her. We ordered our dinner; the wings were for me and OTP burger for my wife with a side order of onion rings. My wife loved the burger. It was cooked as asked, juicy, -as my wife told me while she was eating the burger its "flavorful with a smorgasbord of tastes and crunchiness WoW". My chicken wings were to DIE for: they were fresh, tasty, moist, and not dry or over fried. They were able to mix and match the seasonings; the spicy BBQ, the Hot and plain BBQ were excellent. The onion rings were to DIE for; they were better than our teacher recommended to us......They were fresh, tasty with just the right amount delicious beer battered crumbs. They were YUMMY! The restaurant/bar feels like a "Cheers Bar". This is our go-to place the next time we are in the area. This place is EXCELLENT! The server was attentive , friendly, and helpful.

Went in at 3:30 on a Tuesday to an empty car and sat there for 12 minutes without being served or seated while they were clearly open. Don't go here if you go out to be served cause you'll sit there and waste your time. No wonder there were no customers lol.

Met cousin in Geneva for a girls weekend. Great location. We had chicken salad sandwiches 1 one croissant and 1 on pretzel roll. So yummy!!!! And we shared the donut ice-cream dessert. Heaven!Server was so sweet, funny and nice!!!As a person who is allergic to scents and for a person working in a restaurant maybe less perfume. But so sweet!!!!!Great town!

Sunny days

I met up with some friends yesterday to eat here! The vibe is nice and everything seemed great! After watching quite a few people who sat after us get their food before us we checked and were told it would be a couple minute. No problem! I’m not in a rush so no biggie. Then the waitress said that the ticket didn’t get sent in so it would be a bit longer. Still no biggie, life happens! When the food finally comes out, I had asked for no cheese on the burger. I point it out and ask quickly still trying to be as polite as possible cause I know of the mix up earlier. The waitress decided instead to gaslight me and tell me that I asked for no cheddar cheese and that the southwest burger has 2 cheeses on it. Well the cheese was definitely cheddar to start off with but then to still try and gaslight me when I have the menu showing that she’s oddly lying to me about cheese. I bite my tongue and she takes my food back. Not even minutes later I get it back. I go to take a bite of my burger and sure enough I see the yellow cheese around the edges of the burger. At this point the cheese has clearly been scraped off by staff. At this point the nice bone in my body ran very cold and I made a call to try and figure out if I was being irrational. I decided that we would just not leave a tip but also not cause a scene at the restaurant as I’m not allergic to milk. As this is being decided by my table group the staff is clearly anxious and talking to eachother repeatedly looking at my table. The waitress comes up and asks about our food. I decided it wouldn’t hurt to mention it lightly. I explained the hazard of people who may be allergic to milk and how I was disappointed. She then continued to gaslight me and tell me the yellow cheese I was seeing was grease. ?(which if that is really their grease then people dining here should be concerned about the cleanliness cause grease from burgers is not yellow and doesn’t solidify like that?) but as she said that with no asking or arguments she said she’d take a discount off of my meal. So in her gaslighting she admitted guilt. She also offered to make me a new one but I honestly didn’t want my food spit in if I sent it back a third time so I refused.ALL AND ALL IF YOURE ALLERGIC TO ANYTHING THIS ESTABLISHMENT DOESNT TAKE ALLERGIES SERIOUSLY AND WILL TOTALLY GASLIGHT YOU ABOUT IT. (If the establishment would also like to gaslight me again on here I have pictures.)

Terrible food, absent manager, took the kitchen one and a half hours to make 2 cheeseburgers! When they finally arrived, they were tasteless gray lumps. The manager couldn't care less! We came hungry and left hungry. I've had better food in a school cafeteria. This place flat out sucks. Don't bother coming here bc they could care less about customers anyway. The only bright spot was our server who tried his best to make things better...sorry but the cards are stacked against you! You'd be better off working somewhere else.

We had a bridal shower there over the weekend and I will start by saying that the food is good and ambiance is very nice. If you are planning an event there however, expect to have to order more food than the number of people attending. We paid for food for 60 people, had 44 adults (mostly women, not big eaters) and 5 kids and did not have enough food for all people to eat. It was embarrassing. There was one server for the entire event. Food came out 40 minutes late and initial buffet fed about half in attendance. Food was not replenished automatically, to the point we were begging for more because not everyone even got a plate. We were told more had to be made. Shouldn't it be ready and come out immediately? And why is it up to the client to have to request? There were a couple carafes of juice and a handful of coffee cups with a single pot of coffee for 60 people - again which we had to continually ask to have replenished. When the replenishment of food came out, it was a half hour later it was gone immediately because of the small amount added and number of people who still had not eaten. At this point we gave up and went to opening gifts. We did order a couple different food offerings because we wanted a variety. Even though we didn't order 60 servings of both, we should have had enough food overall for everyone to eat. At the end of the event we discussed this experience and were told that there was enough food and it was our fault for ordering multiple options. It sounded like this wasn't the first time this has happened so I'm not sure why we weren't encouraged to order 1 option for all 60 people. Even if we did I'm not confident that there would have been enough for everyone. When the shower was over, a bunch of our crowd went down the street for a burger. May be fine for hanging out and watching a game but do not recommend for events until they work through some things.
