I was in tonight at around 6:15 PM. I asked for a chopped salad. The gentleman rang me up and asked me if the house dressing was OK. I replied what is in it? He replied I don’t know in a very disregarding tone. I said I’m allergic to eggs. Do you know if it has eggs in it? And he said I don’t know so I paid for the salad took my chances and he said give me 30 minutes I need to cut the lettuce and I said, I can’t wait 30 minutes. so he ended up giving me my money back, I hope, but this guy was completely rude.

Within the week my dad had went in to the store to grab a slice for me and him. First of all, the slices were not fresh AT ALL and were super dried out. Second of all, the woman taking my dad’s order, which her name was Alma (I read it from the receipt I got) was extremely rude to my father. While other customers would come in and she would act more polite to them, which I am hoping it wasn’t because he was black since he has gotten stereotyped a lot. Also, it wasn’t too busy but my father said that he scoped in the back and noticed there was only one person back there which is overworking them and unprofessional and inconsiderate of their time especially considering there were people waiting at the front. I also don’t want to make fun of her, but it was super hard to understand her accent, my father had to ask her to repeat herself about three times in which she was visibly giving him attitude each time. I hope this review can help others decide wether to go here or not because this was not the treatment my dad had been expecting to get AT ALL.

This place used to be our go to for pizza nights but not any longer after our last few orders. This place must have a new owner because everything has gone down hill. Raised prices, declined food quality, and very few coupons options exist any more. The pizza doesn't even taste the same anymore. Maybe if the pizza was as good as it used to be i could deal with the prices and lack of coupons. But it's no longer worth it. We usually get the jalapeño poppers too which are now nearly inedible with a higher price tag as well. Lack of filling, and old tasting peppers. I recommend get pizza from elsewhere at this point.

I have been a customer and enjoyer of Papa Sav’s for a long time. However, the service I got tonight was unacceptable. I had ordered a pizza for pickup, over two hours in advance. When I arrived on time, I was told by the young girl at the counter that my pizza wasn’t ready yet. However, I saw my pizza in the warmer when I got there. There were two pizzas in there but she only looked at the top one. I didn’t think much of it until 10 mins later when I got the attention of an employee to ask about the wait time, and she proceeded to pull out the exact pizza that had been sitting there when I arrived. When I told her that my pizza had been sitting there, she accused me of not checking in with the teenage employee. In reality, I did check in with the employee… she was just too daft to look at BOTH pizzas in the warmer, not just the one on top. The attitude I got from the person who was supposed to be in charge of this establishment was absolutely foul. I had to leave promptly for an event - hence why I ordered my pizza to be picked up at a specific time. When I showed up to my event (late), the pizza was ICE cold. It certainly hadn’t come out of the oven “only minutes” before it was handed to me like the manager insisted. I truly hope no one else has an experience this disappointing. I’ll miss you Papa Sav’s. I just can’t justify spending $30 on a medium pizza only for the staff to be insufferable.

New owner has a shisty attitude, no pizza slices are ready when they open at 11 anymore, you have to call ahead for cheese slices (the most basic pizza slice there is) I have never heard of or seen this at any pizza place before. Yet they have plenty of meat and even Hawaiian - like who wants that? In this day and age it’s basic protocols to offer a vegetarian option without a call ahead. Half off pizza is still advertised as half off but it’s really not half off. New business owner has some work to do if she wants to stay in business.

I wanna preface by saying the quality is not the issue. Their pizza has always been my favorite, especially the slices. But lately Papas has been having some weird practices to do with the slices. Firstly, they started putting plastic wrap on the pizzas in the heater. I don’t like this for multiple reasons but to start I find that disgusting. I don’t want unneeded microplastics in my pizza. Especially under heat. But also the plastic literally started to melt on it and you can tell because the cheese formed with it and it had cling wrap impressions. They told me it was so it would last longer but honestly I would just prefer to eat the slices during lunch time without plastic wrap instead of the extra convince of having it during dinner. Ok number two is that now you have to call ahead for cheese slices. I am a vegetarian so I can’t eat anything else they make. But I find it ridiculous you have to call ahead for a popular flavor? Like what does that even mean? They’d make a whole new pizza? It completely ruins the convince. For example I used to go there at least once I week on my lunch breaks. I don’t have 20 minutes to wait around for them to make me a cheese slice. This is especially crazy because they have unpopular flavors like hawaiian regularly. It makes no sense! Also another thing. They used to have slices ready by 10:30 at the latest. Now sometimes I go in there and they don’t even have any slices by 11:30. I’m not sure if there were management changes or something but trust me customers notice!! Until Papas starts doing better I’m choosing others pizzerias.

They have an excellent pizza by the slice, big, tasty and the bottom part nicely done, like in a brick oven. Not burnt at all.

For a pizza place the Chicken Caesar salad is amazing and the croutons are always hot! I love it! It’s my go to lunch when I’m in a rush.

I think the pizza is terrible no flavour. Mozzarella was burnt and cheap on ingredients very greasy taste like out of a box

I went on Monday was told half price when I asked why my pizza was over $20 he said the menu is 6 month out dated which when I asked him said it went up a dollar and bacon was considered a double item which was never told. Was very dissapointed in the pizza and felt I was cheated…

Much better deal at cotto a lengno or gia mia’s for monday half price pizza
