We went to Preservation for our wedding dinner and I cannot express how amazing and perfect our evening was. All our friends and family voted us best wedding dinner food from Preservation. Lawrence the owener and Candi the General Manager did an amazing job coordinating this all for us and made the evening so smooth. Not one complaint. All the food was very flavorful and complex. Small plates was the best way for everyone to find something they liked while also having so much variety. The staff was phenomenal and took amazing care of us. Thank you Preservation team!

I love preservation and the atlas chicken shack! My dog Deanie is a rescue and is welcome at the outside bar! Preservation hires the best bands, and it is so relaxing to sit outside by the bar and listen to the music. Their food is excellent. Their staff is so nice and friendly - and funny as well. I love that the outside bar is open most days all year. The outdoor heaters are enough to keep warm - there's a roof there, and Deanie loves to go in her coat and hat. Please stop in and enjoy the experience. You won't be sorry, and don't forget your dog!
Parking: The parking garage is free after 5.
Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair accessibility is easy. Just push the chair through to the outside bar!

Food prices high. Servings very small. A “large plate” for “sharing” was a 6-7 Oz piece of halibut with a little cous cous and 4 small roasted potatoes $38. Barely food for one- not sharing. Shrimp skewers “appetizer”not entree and absolutely no side. Drinks were decent. Music was awful ( very “patriotic” talk and played Lenard skmard badly) and way too loud. Just not what I expected at a Geneva location.

We LOVED this place! Such a unique and cool vibe, reminded my husband and I of the bars and restaurants with outdoor patios we used to frequent when living in St. Pete, FL! The steak skewers were FANTASTIC and the beer was delicious! The live music was perfect and sitting outside around the fire pit was absolutely delightful. WE WILL BE BACK!!

This place has clearly ended it's dream of being something special and can no longer figure out what it wants to be. Save your money and head down the street to another restaurant. One that's cleaner, has real menus and napkins, and most importantly staff that gets that $40-60 a person involves service.
