Tried this place again last month. It was my birthday and I always have lobster tail. I ordered the Ultimate Feast which comes with a small lobster tail. It was a slippery slimy mess and only tasted a little bit like lobster. Our waitress was missing during the meal. Our bill for 2 was around $125.00 and we didn’t enjoy it. I’m done with Red Lobster.

I ordered fish here and it wasn't cooked the way I asked. I told the server and an assistant manager came by and told me some nonsense about how I was lucky they only had one piece of fish left in the entire restaurant.

Slow for a Thursday mid day. Service was slow. Few restaurant guests. I haven't been out in a while, but seemed like they doubled the prices since I last visited.

They had an allergic menu if you asked. It was inaccessible online...only the nutritional information was shared online. The Allergin menu was updated based on the seasonal/quarterly offerings.

We had their new crab queso which was a hit from ages 7 to 67.

the food here was delicious, and the wait staff was attentive to our needs. however, the atmosphere was a bit boring, and the place was nearly empty the whole time we dined (early afternoon). i might eat here again.

I went to eat with my mom at this Red Lobster. We ordered special Margaritas, which were very good, with Grand Marnier. Then we ordered an appetizer of coconut shrimp, delicious! For the main course we ordered the surf and turf dish, with a delicious sirloin and the lobster was very good too. We no longer ordered dessert because we were very satisfied! Between the two of us we spent around 160 dollars.

First time visiting this restaurant, very good exquisite food, varied cocktails and a variety of desserts, on this occasion we ate lobsters as it appears in the photo, I recommend visiting, it is a place to return to again

We were extremely disappointed. Normally, Red Lobster is great! We normally go to Peru restaurant, but while shopping, decided to stop for lunch. Steak and lobster. The lobster was tough, and we weren't given a choice of steak? Steak on both our plates looked completely different? And the worst part was, they were edible. They were both cooked perfectly to order, one medium rare and one medium. The thickest of the two was like something out of a Three Stooges show! Could barely be cut!!! I gave up halfway through and pushed my plate away. Coleslaw was sour. One hundred dollars wasted. Took a doggy bag for the dog. I don't blame the staff at all! I blame corporate, the ones who are trying to cut costs. Maybe this explains why Red Lobster is having financial problems?? We'll go to McDonald's before going to this store again.

I was enjoying everything until I over heard a conversation with a manager and an employee. The way the manager was speaking/treating the employee was awful I could not believe it. I asked our server what the name of the manager was they said her name is Brenda. Now I’m not sure if this will get back to anyone but I hope whoever is higher up will see this because I bet this isn’t the first time she’s talked to an employee like this.

Way too expensive. I used to go to Red Lobster frequently now I will not be back. The prices are ridiculous ?

Went for lunch. The food was very good. The atmosphere was comfy, cozy and relaxed. Our server was terrific! He was extremely friendly. A very pleasant person.

Everything was good, but our waiter, Nathan M, was a delight. He didn't hover, yet he was always there to help when needed. He was very polite, too.

Dietary restrictions: I am on Weight Watcher's, and the grilled rainbow trout and broccoli side were perfect at 0 points.

Went for dinner today. Restaurant was half full at most. Left after an hour still no food. Asked to speak to a manager, she said food was on a tray coming out. Magically the tray with our food never arrived.
