I went on Monday, which is 1/2 price pizza day. I got the "Favorite 4" pizza (pepperoni, sausage, onion and green pepper) onion rings and a Coke. The bill was $25.89. I felt this was pricey, for 1 person. Imagine if the pizza wasn't 1/2 off? The popcorn was free. Food was good though.

Ate here before our son’s hockey game. Conveniently located inside the Fox Valley Ice arena. It was amazing, everything from food to service was top notch.

I’ve been to a lot of Rink restaurants and Rookies rates up there high on the scale. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. Atmosphere is bright and welcoming. The menu has lots to choose from and multiple gluten free options which is a bonus!

Server was Definitely not happy with his job. Came to our table and was put out when asked for a kids menu. Took our order and disappeared. We were halfway through our meals that were delivered by someone else and we had to ask about our drinks. Was told "Oh we can get those"!
Service was terrible. Food was just ok. Revisit....that's a No!

Hi. I would like to say thank you to Jacki at the Crystal lake location. She was so kind and showed empathy when I was there on Thursday 8/1/2024. It’s been a difficult week and my mom had passed away that morning. That was my first meal in about a week. She was so kind to pay for our meals. Thank you so much. I would like for that owner to know this and we will be returning back soon! 10/23/2024- we had Maya as our server today. She is also another wonderful asset to your team! Thank you for the Bingo night!

We sat out on the patio and they had live music and it was really nice. The service was good and all the food was delicious. I especially love the greek fries!

I frequently visit the area for work and decided to go to Rookies tonight (9pm) as most other restaurants were closed. Great outdoor area. From the inside, you can watch the Hockey players. Diverse menu- great healthy options for a sports bar. I had the turkey burger and sweet potato fries. I’ll be back!

We love rookies in Saint Charles, but I do believe that this location is probably suffering from still being new or who knows what.
We were there last night and the waiter messed up our order 5 times.
It was a little bit hilarious. We were a decent size group and we were watching our food and drinks walk all over the patio as they were looking for who ordered it every time they had no clue what tables ordered food. I believe a few times our drinks got delivered to the wrong table and maybe people just didn’t say anything.
The young man serving us I don’t believe should be a waiter. I think he should look for a different job.
