The Barista's are awesome and all the other employees there were great. Very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere and comfortable place to hang for a latte.
The company sucks. Barista's tried to negotiate on a contract to make a little more money and corporate shut it down.
The Starbucks staff work their butts off to make our drinks. They are literally in perpetual motion. Yet most all the customers crossed the picket line which is basically saying get back to work and make my drink. Don't care if your underpaid.
Super sad considering Geneva is full of millionaires who should be willing to help out.
Starbucks corporate could care less and all the people who crossed that line care nothing about the staff. Store will likely never open back up. This is what corporate does. Shut it down.

Rose Trin and Juno were amazing. They made my day. I’d worked all day and was visibly out of it after my shift and it was the end of the day so they offered me a free croissant sandwich. I was so taken aback. They are so empathetic towards their client needs. The s guys!!!

Literally the slowest staff ever. No sense of urgency. No greetings coming in. The person at the register doesn't help the person making drinks and instead just stands around. Like pitch in to help so you aren't behind! Mobile orders are chronically ready 10-15 minutes after the time stated they will be ready. Get it together folks.

Why is there an all gender bathroom here? I saw disgusting male hair all over the urinal. There should be a bathroom for male & female. Won't go there again. How does Starbucks allow this?

Stopped here for coffee and a spot to get a bit of work done. The staff was incredibly friendly and everything we ordered was made quickly and accurately. Everything was super clean, including the restrooms. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience. Specifically, Taryn, our barista, was amazing. Highly recommend this location.

They want you to pay 8$ for a venti coffee just so they can fill it up half way. The barista or water her job title is has zero costumer service worse costumer service. As a Starbucks costumer I would never step foot in that place ever again and if Starbucks is gonna do that I’ll take my 10$ a day somewhere else.

New layout is much less relaxing than the old one. Feels more like a fast food joint. Not sure why they did this. I know the new CEO is supposedly trying to return Starbucks to its roots of being a nice place to hang out. new people might not notice, but the old layout was much nicer for the customers.
