Today was my first visit to State Street Diner, and it will NOT be my last. This is a great little family owned diner. Upon entering I was greeted with a warm good morning. I was surprised at how big the diner actually is. It appears small from the outside, but it a very quaint. I found the diner to be vary clean, the staff are friendly. My waitress was Ariana, she greeted me with a big beautiful, friendly smile. I had coffee, a half order of biscuits and gravy with two eggs over easy. Everything was perfect. The price was 14.15 which is a fair price. This diner is a classic, family owned place, a hidden gem in Geneva. I will be back to try their other items.

We are in town from Michigan for a softball tourney. Part of our team (14 of us in total) stopped in after one of our games to grab a late breakfast. I don’t think I have ever been to a place as accommodating and friendly as this restaurant! They were genuinely interested in us and who we were. And, to top it off, the food was delicious!!
