I ordered a single cheeseburger and fries both were horrible. Fries were saggy and overcooked. Burger had no taste I can’t believe i went there to eat. I think every employee is there for a paycheck nothing more.

June 9th @ 5:30 pm. Not to be rude but the teen age girl who had orange hair, is beyond disgusting and disrespectful. As someone who has worked in food, I am beyond disgusted when people are handling food with bare hands, mind you there is tissue paper that is right next to where it is needed. I find it very disgusting to watch this girl grab a piece of tissue paper and put it in her hand and then proceed to grab a waffle cone with her other BARE hand. Please get your staff together.

My family and I recently visited That Burger Joint for the first time, and it was an absolutely delicious experience! This is hands down the best fast food in the area. As someone who has tried In-N-Out, I have to say this place is even better! The service was quick and pleasant, and the staff went out of their way to get extra ketchup for my ketchup-loving sister. We will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

Nice shoestring fries and burger. This restaurant shares premises with two other 'storefront' restaurants. 'Oberweis ice Cream' & 'Woodgrain Pizzeria'. Great concept as you may be able to please more people in your group. Even if it's a tiny group, tastes can vary a lot. Boasts one large dining area with tall ceiling and windows. We conveniently ordered a sampling from all 3 at one register.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star because honestly their food they don’t ever pay attention to what you are ordering they have too many young kids working, and they don’t pay attention to what you order and they always give you the wrong food. I asked for a buffalo chicken crispy and Parmesan fries. Can you cut the sandwich in half they don’t cut the sandwich in half. They give me a buffalo sandwich and not Parmesan fries. Second time I’ve ever been there and they’ve messed up both times.

The parking lot smells like ice cream, burgers, and pizza.... How can you go wrong??? My favorite thing to order is the double patty melt.... Soooooo good. The cheese and onions are delicious. Fries are top notch. It takes a little longer to get your food, but IT IS TOTALLY WORTH IT!!! And bonus points: there's Oberweis right inside! Boom! Ice cream and french fries. Perfect combo

We just went for ice cream and it was delicious! I normally complain about prices, and while this was a bit expensive, it was completely worth every penny!! The kids were begging to go back the next day. So good!

You won't believe the amazing experience I had at this place! The spicy chicken sandwich was bursting with flavor, and even though it was a bit dry, it was still one of the best I've ever had. And let me tell you, the hand-cut fries are out of this world - they're hands down the best in the area! I highly recommend you try this place because it's totally worth it. You won't be disappointed!

This has been a fairly regular go-to for quick burgers in Geneva, but lately it seems the apathy in service and lack of attention to the product they’re putting out is increasing. The burgers are being assembled poorly (toppings very light or missing) and are over-cooked, large fries in the giant “to go” containers are anything but “large” (barely the quantity of a McDonalds large fry), and even though it’s a low volume Friday night (maybe that alone is a hint things are going downhill a little?), to go orders are somehow forgotten and they have to be reminded that food was actually ordered- so you’re waiting around 20 extra minutes before things start happening. Please get management involved and get back to your original quality. You can’t charge $10+ per burger and be at the level of Wendy’s for quality and service.
