Not liking how everyone is still asking for tips. Im a good tipper but don't make me feel like I have to give you one when you have did nothing out of what your job requires. The gentleman who brought me my burger was pleasant curtious and with a smile. the guy at the desk was just there cause that's where they told him to go. But I still hit that damn tip button

The young lady that took our order greeted with a smile and was very pleasant. Read back our order and our food came out perfect. The only reason missing a star is because seeing the back staff with air pods is unsanitary .

I went for a burger with my 4 kids. The place was clean. The service was great and the food was really good. We had burgers and ice cream. The employees were extremely respectful and helpful. I was impressed with how polite they were. I plan on going again.

Not impressed. Had double cheese as take-out with everything. Opened wrapper, meat was falling apart, sandwich was very juicy/greasy what with large dollup of the whatever sauce that they put on. Not one single napkin in the bag - for something like this - I’d expect a handful to be supplied. Might be more enjoyable in the restaurant, for the drive-thru - be careful, be sure you get plenty of napkins.

Wanted to try someplace new. Disappointed. Fries are flacid. Cheese sauce was palatable. Chicken sandwich (just gross) Double cheeseburger (meh) only good thing is the sauce. Chicago hot dog is hard. Chicken tenders are anorexic Just sad. Won’t be returning.
Ordered drive through. Chicken strips were chewy and salty. Fries too salty to eat too. Threw it all in the trash, it was near closing time but would have rather them say it was too late to Orrder.

I ordered a single cheeseburger and fries both were horrible. Fries were saggy and overcooked. Burger had no taste I can’t believe i went there to eat. I think every employee is there for a paycheck nothing more.

June 9th @ 5:30 pm. Not to be rude but the teen age girl who had orange hair, is beyond disgusting and disrespectful. As someone who has worked in food, I am beyond disgusted when people are handling food with bare hands, mind you there is tissue paper that is right next to where it is needed. I find it very disgusting to watch this girl grab a piece of tissue paper and put it in her hand and then proceed to grab a waffle cone with her other BARE hand. Please get your staff together.

My family and I recently visited That Burger Joint for the first time, and it was an absolutely delicious experience! This is hands down the best fast food in the area. As someone who has tried In-N-Out, I have to say this place is even better! The service was quick and pleasant, and the staff went out of their way to get extra ketchup for my ketchup-loving sister. We will definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!
