The service was really bad she doesn't even smile the whole time. The food not special and we ordered the BBQ shrimp for the appetizers but the shrimp not even fully cooked. I'm not going back anymore.

Walrus Room is definitely my new favorite restaurant here in Geneva. The food is consistently delicious, the perch meal with choice of salad and accompanied by mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and broccolini was really just awesome. The whole menu is great and my server was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and able to make excellent recommendations. Their service is always good. Our server was amazing, she was very attentive and checked up on us at all the right times! She promoted the menu and specials well and gave us new plates and silverware after each course. Please keep this up! I love this place!

I have been meaning to write this review for a very long time. I’m a bit of a procrastinator. I would give the Walrus room 10/10 if I could. We had our dress rehearsal here a couple of years ago and everything was incredible. We sometimes joke that it was better than the wedding itself. The food, the drinks, service and attention to detail was like no other. Laura was the one who helped us and walked us through everything, such as the menu and any other requests we had, I felt as if I was the only bride/person that had ever had an event here. She was so patient and good at listening. They delivered everything we asked for and more. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. You will just have to go and experience it for yourself.

Not good the pork chops were undercooked. The inside was raw and after asking to please reheat more they still came back a second time under cooked. For the price this place is not good. Disappointed to the point of notifying the local health department. If I could give 0 stars that would be the score.

Carried out tonight from the Walrus Room. It was our anniversary and we had some beautiful grass fed t-bones but needed a sweet treat and a little app that we just weren't in the mood to prepare (got 2 under 5). And I have to say it was still phenomenal as always. One of our absolute favorite staples. Dont hesitate, just go and try for yourself. It truly is the “supper club” of the tri-cities. Hard one to beat. Keep it up!

I I've been here many times and every time had been a great experience on all levels! Laura and Marshall are great hosts and do everything to make sure their guests are well cared for. Great place for any occasion or just a cocktail with friends.

The best place to eat on a Friday night! Fish fry! They had added some new things for spring! Loved the new relish tray appetizer. A sweet treat crème brûlée with a candle for my birthday! Favorite place!

Great time last night at The Walrus Room. The food and drinks never disappoint! I also want to say thank you for being extra accommodating when we ran into another friend at dinner and you allowed her to pull up an extra chair. It was a classy move and we all appreciated it. We will be back often.

The trout is always delicious. The special of salmon in curry sauce was excellent. We consistently have high quality delicious food and drinks when we eat here. Zach did a great job waiting on us and was very attentive to our needs. When the restaurant is busy, it's hard to hear our conversation, but that's my only complaint, and it doesn't stop us from returning frequently!

Food-Very Good, worth the price Staff-Attentive without being over bearing. Very kind and helpful Ambiance-Restaurant itself is very cool, but they could work on their seating choices. Putting people dressed nicely on a date by iPad kids in football jerseys isn't ideal. It's alright though everyones gotta eat. Would eat here again for sure.

I know I'm being picky but when the menu says Roasted Vegetables, they should in fact be roasted not steamed. The steamed veggies I got tasted like they were from a microwave bag of veggies. Mushy.

The wife and I REALLY enjoyed our experience at The Walrus Room on Saturday night. The food was outstanding! I had the Prime Steak Frites and the wife had Prime Rib. We had Shrimp DeJohgne for an appetizer and Chocolate pot de Creme for a split desert. All prepared to perfection. Our server was a young man who absolutely KNEW HIS STUFF. He could explain the menu, the available beers and what was being used for their cocktails. Well done Tony....well done! An additional nice touch was the fact that as each course was completed, all of the plates AND silverware were cleared and new silverware brought to the table. The restaurant was very busy....all tables were full and the bar was packed (we had a reservation, luckily). All in all, a great restaurant experience! We will be back.

I enjoyed my visit, this was not my first time there. It was a nice albeit a little cold in the dinning area. But the drinks are great, the staff excellent and the food creative, fun, and tasty. I wish my pork chop was maybe a hair more done, but it was cooked all the way through. This place is an excellent choice for a nice night out

First time dining in Walrus Room. It's beautifully decorated. Service was outstanding. My husband and I both got the fish fry and it was one of the best ever. Salad, veggies and mashed potatoes. It was a huge portion. Definitely will be back! Nice bar area and really nice ambience. Would ask for a table in back as on the front was loud!
