I came to this wendys 3 times now. And online it says it closes at 2 am, lights inside are on. Multiple cars in the lot. But no service on the intercom. At all. I'm very disappointed. If you are going to close at 12 instead of 2 change the Google hours. This is bullshit. Very upset. I just got out of the hospital hungry as heck, and now im to go home empyhanded and very hungry.

Ordered a pretzel baconnator with tomato and onion added. They put in an order for the regular baconnator. The order came out and I noticed it's first missing the requested additions and second the bun is wrong. I go back up to the counter and bring up the errors. Even though the employee tells the manager they messed up putting in the order all they were willing to do was add the missing tomato and onion. The food upset my stomach something fierce as well I had to drink down Pepto to calm my stomach down. I will NEVER go to this restaurant again. I have worked fast food in my life and within reason the store will FULLY correct an error not half arsed like this.

Absolutely rude. I asked for a fresh fries no salt I didn’t ask for double dipped fries. They need to stop doing that a waste of three dollars and something because they were absolutely disgusting. Had to take them back and then the little chick up there has an attitude problem. Well she needs to fix her attitude would never go here again.
