“We were out at NIU and heading home, but had to stop at the Genoa Cafe for Brunch. My 9 yr old Grand Daughter had the Mickey Mouse Pancakes with Sausage links and Whip Cream. I had the Corn Beef Hash Skillet with Cheddar Cheese and it Just perfect and delicious. If you are in the area, stop in and say hello to everyone.”

“My family and I just moved to Genoa at the end of June! We were eager to try out things in town when we came across Latsis Bakery! We’ve been there now a handful of times and they do not disappoint! Everything we have gotten from there, we’ve been extremely happy with! I look forward to trying more things as time goes on! Did I mention it’s all at a great price too? How could it get any better than that?! Keep it up guys, you’re doing great! 😊❤️”

“I have been to Hills many times over the past 25 years. I make sure I stop in when I’m in town. I just visited this weekend after a nine year break and they remembered me right when I went in. The pizza and cocktail made my visit.”

“This is second time my pizza was burnt on the ends-first I just let it go-second time I did call and the manager was very cool about and gave us a Free Pizza on our nice trip.”

“Highly recommend this restaurant! I ordered the Gigante Burro and it was amazing the queso sauce and their chips and salsa was amazingly good! We will definitely be back. Loved the heated outdoor seating was perfect for our large group!”

“Have eaten here several times Hot dogs are good. French fries are very tasty and one of favorites. Cheese curds are the best. Pizza was good. Very thin crust and tasty. My favorite item so far is the meatball sandwhiches one of the best I’ve ever had. So yummy. Will continue to eat here. Love the place.”

“Quickest in and out at a Subway in a long time. Fresh ingredients and prompt service is all you can ask for at a sandwich shop and this Subway manages that. Pleasant proprietors, plenty of reserved parking, easy out to the street.”

“Stop in for the first time to pick up an order for work. Such a cute little shop with a great vibe. Rose was at the counter who literally made my day with a Snickerdoodle sample. She was a total gem who told me all about the cookie hype! I’ll definitely stop in every time I’m in the area.”

“We tried to eat at the Peace Rd location but there were no seats mainly because of all the inconsiderate old guys treating it like a Panera and sitting around talking. Never saw that at the original restaurant. Nothing more inconsiderate than old retired people who think they’re entitled. PS I’m retired.”

Most impressed by their crew of delivery drivers, those guys are superhero’s! 🦸‍♂️Live in Genoa and they always get here speedy fast. 💨 The driver knocked very pleasantly on my door, and left the pizza on the table outside just as I instructed, the friendly guy waved as left too, class act! 😁 Pizza is great but nothing compared to those drivers! Make sure to tip them they deserve it! 💰”

“For many years, Sorrento's Ranch has been our #1 go to restaurant that offers a charming supper club feel. We are always greeted with a warm welcome from the Palazzolo family! Their menu offers a wide variety of specialty items, while upholding top notch quality and consistency. My family and I love the dining room's warm ambiance, comfortable and fun bar setting and all of our amazing experiences! Absolutely deserving 5-stars! Highly highly recommend!”

“very displeased with the way my situation was handled. I ordered a Denver omelette and something in it was spoiled made me violently ill. I sent the Omelette back in turn they I wanted something else, so I ordered a half order of biscuits and gravy. when we paid for our meal you would think that they would comp The Omelette meal for me being sick and it being spoiled they did not inreturn they charged everything a la carte the pancakes and the hash browns down to the onions. the only thing they took off was the omelette. and then still charged me for the biscuits and gravy also. very very poor service you sell somebody something spoiled. end up sick from the spoiled food and not only did I have to pay monetarily I also paid physically for it. two breakfast meals two coffees one soda one of which we cannot eat $45. we will not be back. however I will say the waitress we had was amazing and it was not her fault. she was the best part of our service there.”

“If you want food that is delicious and more than enough in quantity, please go to Parkway restaurant. All ages are very welcome. We have been going to Parkway for decades. Also, you can dine in or use their curbside pickup. We have done both. ENJOY!!”
