This McDonald’s sucks. I ordered mobile curbside pickup on my lunch break. I got there and waited 10 mins then had to go inside to ask where my food was. The lady said it’s almost ready then proceeded to tell the kitchen to make the food 5 different times and the kitchen kept acting like they didn’t know what she was talking about. They got away with my money. I’m furious and will never go here again. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Stood at counter for 7 minutes while manager looked at us twice then I said excuse me can I can get some help was told by manager to use kiosk WOW! What happened to costumer service? 😔 and the outside garbage needed some attention which has nothing to do with the kiosk 🙄

They Dontrelle know the difference between a biscuit and bagel and they were rude. Fella outside said, let me guess they messed up your order. We said yes He said they do the same thing to me and I stop in here 3 times a week .. I told him I would find some place else.

This location is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant anywhere of any kind. They do not greet you. I stood at the counter and the manager in front of me was on a headset and did not say word one to two help me out with my question. Just a horrible experience. They don’t thank you they say nothing.

Worst experience EVER! Kid at the drive up acknowledged me then waiting in the car that pulled up after me, when I went to the window he ignored me. This took up 10 minutes of my time, so when I went into the establishment then manager ignored me for several minutes by turning her back to me. After 5 or so minutes I just walked out because I was running short on time. Bug picture, I wasted 15 minutes of my time with no food and a horrible customer service experience. Do not visit the Genoa McDonald’s if you are hungry.
