They Dontrelle know the difference between a biscuit and bagel and they were rude. Fella outside said, let me guess they messed up your order. We said yes He said they do the same thing to me and I stop in here 3 times a week .. I told him I would find some place else.

This location is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant anywhere of any kind. They do not greet you. I stood at the counter and the manager in front of me was on a headset and did not say word one to two help me out with my question. Just a horrible experience. They don’t thank you they say nothing.

Worst experience EVER! Kid at the drive up acknowledged me then waiting in the car that pulled up after me, when I went to the window he ignored me. This took up 10 minutes of my time, so when I went into the establishment then manager ignored me for several minutes by turning her back to me. After 5 or so minutes I just walked out because I was running short on time. Bug picture, I wasted 15 minutes of my time with no food and a horrible customer service experience. Do not visit the Genoa McDonald’s if you are hungry.
Drive thru only experience. I won't go inside. It's McDonald's. What can you expect?

We come for breakfast when we stop in and not to slam a local business because they are apart of the foundation of our small town, but the tables are never clean and we waited 20 minutes for our food. I write this because it has not happened only once or twice. I definitely saw the drive thru packed and it was all hands on deck to service the line of cars. Though, I believe some more care to the patrons dining inside the establishment would benefit greatly.

I don't know why I try. I have been here a few times though these last two weeks for a small cone. But wouldn't you know it... ice cream machine down. It's almost comical how all ice cream machines are down at all locations.
