Went inside because the drive thru was super busy. Which is expected in the morning. My issue is when I ordered 2 McMuffins and other items. I got 2 plain English muffins. The older lady behind her counter spoke broken English and obviously didn’t understand my order.. ? Why.? I get it..stuff happens… We were in a hurry and I had to run back inside..it was just a big inconvenience that could have been avoided..

Slowest service and they never get the order right or they leave out more than half of the things you paid for. Even when it’s not busy.. I live 2 minutes from this location but drive 15/20 minutes to go to a different restaurant because this is so bad. They need to be shut

Received wrong breakfast order. I could barely understand the manager, but I could understand that she was very rude and refused to help. I wouldn’t trust this place.
Veronica greeted me at the speaker like normal, but as I became confused she just suggested some other options like a legit server would at a restaurant, personal testimony and what others like. I am really impressed by her patience and being kind to the other workers and myself. Thank you so much for giving me the time of day for our very short visit in this crazy world that would would rather move right on to the next person. What a lady!!! Take the time to praise this ? I loved being treated like a friend

This is bad McDonald's. not go there!! The customer service is so bad. when I try to get food from them they asked if I was going to be using the McDonald's add and I said no and then they said nothing to me. So I pulled up to the window I said I don't get to order anything because the people didn't say anything to me at the order stand. and they said sorry we are busy. They had two cars. And the food was so bad that day!!

Every time I try this location my order is messed up. I ordered 2, 2 cheeseburger meals one with a sprite 1 with extra pickle and onion and a sweet tea. Got 3 burgers 2 fries and sprite and non sweet tea. Fries are cold and soggy my extra pickle were ok but no extra onion. The wait time in the drive thru was roughly 12 minutes!
