I can't believe I have never left a review for here before! We are members and been coming here for years. We really enjoy their wines, staff, patios, private lounge and pricing. Please give them a try, it is really great. Only two draw backs are easily rectified. One, they really try to push food. And, IF, you can eat that kind of stuff great. Otherwise, just be polite and decline every time. And two, the awful loud racket they call entertainment. If you can't afford to be or don't want to be a member, just go there when you can without that or be out on the patio. Otherwise, become a member, enjoy all the great membership values including the PRIVATE lounge away from that crap. Just remember, tasting bar, wine by the glass and kitchen closes 1/2 hour earlier and bottle sales 45 minutes earlier.

This place is pretty pleasant (with a beautiful patio area). We've been there a few times in the past several years, and the wines are tasty on the whole and the service is exceptional. The winery could improve its food selection, however; the cheese plate particularly is ho-hum.

The management here is absolutely horrible. The owners themselves are lovely, but the guy who runs the place is a joke. Delicious wine and majority of the servers go out of their way for you. BUT, Please be cautious when bringing your children as well, it is not a safe environment for underage children. Also please be advised when tipping, one of the lead servers enjoys pocketing her tips even though tips are to be pooled amongst all.

NEVER GOING BACK! !!!😡 Will continue to frequent DC Estate, Geneva Winery & Acquaviva. There is it enough time to tolerate unfair treatment in life anywhere. After having spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this establishment over the past year....ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED for the way we were today. A general lack of understanding customer needs!!

The staff is so friendly, the place is beautiful (seriously, the perfect blend of cozy and classy), and the wine is top-notch. So pumped that such a brilliant little winery is here in Genoa!

This place was great. I tried the wine at Richardson and had to have more. Called ahead for questions and they were super helpful. The site was also super easy to use & order off of as well. The wine, food & SERVICE was great. I not a big drinker, but I'll be looking for any excuse to come back here asap. The staff was truly wonderful. I felt so welcome.
Wonderful food and wine. We always have a good time here. So nice sitting outside in the afternoon sun.

I love your wine, but your food menu needs an uplift. Get rid of the flat breads , and get a pizza over . Also some nice salads would be good. Just a suggestion.

We adore Prairie State. The wine selection is excellent where you will find great hybrids and different combinations. The patio is nice and relaxing along with a nice member's lounge. The staff is also second to none. The food is also worth it too. Go for a nice Sunday lunch and you won't be disappointed. We drive a half hour here because it's that great.
