Rosatis is the ONLY place that I am thrilled when I open the pizza box because they get me when I say extra extra black olives! Someone even wrote a nice message on my box (: The delivery driver was friendly & was delivered much sooner than anticipated. All around great experience!

The food is okay but it is far from the greatest, even by Rosati’s standards they are lacking. The hours are inconsistent and don’t bother using one of the coupons they mail out you won’t get the discount (I gave them 2 chances with that) also make sure you double check your bank account if you order online and pick it up, they have a habit of double charging

Rosati’s definitely gain a new customer. My pizza was so delicious and made to perfection. The customer service was great! Have no complaints all positive remarks!
This place is the best pizza place in Genoa, no argument. The care, service, attention to my crazy requests, the accommodations they accept. All above and beyond. The food itself is always top-notch. I honestly don't really even like Rosati's thin-crust pizza but my personal specific pizza order is highly specialized and they nail it every time. I usually do pickup but when I order delivery it's always hot and fresh and the driver comes prepared with a pen (another place in Genoa regularly asks if I have a pen available... I don't.) One time I ordered my pizza for delivery and asked for it pie cut and the driver showed up with two pizzas... One accidentally cut square and one cut pie... They remade the pizza just because they cut it wrong. I honestly wouldn't have cared and accepted the square cut pizza but no..... Rosati's in Genoa gives a damn and gave me two pizzas without asking or calling. I froze the leftovers and ate pizza for a week. Keep it up, Rosati's Genoa! Y'all are amazing! ?
Parking: The parking lot is very full and convenient parking for take-out is usually not available while carrying back your food to your car, especially if it's a lot of food or a catering order. Designated parking spots for Rosati's only would be a nice idea. And more spacious parking spots with wide-access.
Wheelchair accessibility: The strip mall this place is in should have wheelchair accessibility as it was built after ADA act. Door entrance is wheelchair accessible as well as the pickup counter has a sunken middle counter that would be accessible for someone in a wheelchair.

We’ve gotten Rosati’s a few times since they’ve changed ownership and reopened. I can’t say enough good things. The owner is super nice and genuine, the specials are great, pizzas tasty and we tried the Zeppole for the first time tonight and it got devoured in minutes by the kids (and adults who could get to it)

We had the 2 slice pizza lunch special and a side salad. What a great price! Split between 2. Excellent pizza,salad and even the dressing,all absolutely delicious. The owners really care about providing good service,good food in a very clean environment.

I can’t believe I’m posting this. We’ve been a Rosati’s customer for over 20 years. After the Genoa pizzeria closed we started ordering from Hampshire or Belvidere. Same great quality as always! Today we decided to try a thin crust from Genoa. Never again! It’s not the same as the other Rosati’s. The sauce tasted like a can of tomato sauce with absolutely no seasoning. We were very disappointed.
