I ordered 2 pizzas online from Rosatis pizza in Genoa Illinois When I went to put my order in it was denied because I put the expiration date in wrong. So I went back in to try again and noticed my pizza one of the ingredients was only on half the pizza. I went in on the pizza to EDIT it and made the change and put the order in. The amount that shown for the pizza was correct on my end it was $51 and some change. Went to pick the pizza up and now they had 3 pizzas and it was over $85. They gave me both versions of the pizza I edited and when I called to ask if they could change it they said basically too bad we can’t help you and you are now stuck with and entire extra pizza that I didn’t order or need. So thanks for your help Rosatis pizza. I will not order or recommend to anyone. Paid over $85 dollars for pizza I couldn’t eat. Also they charge a fee when you pay on line it’s very pricey. Also knowing there was a mistake with the online ordering and did not rectify the situation

Food was extremely greasy. Penne 3 cheese pasta and chicken, which looked like a hamburger, parmigiana. Cannolis tasted stale. End of our relationship with Rosatis! Delivery guy was the best part of this order!

Rosatis is the ONLY place that I am thrilled when I open the pizza box because they get me when I say extra extra black olives! Someone even wrote a nice message on my box (: The delivery driver was friendly & was delivered much sooner than anticipated. All around great experience!
Stopped by while visiting family. Food is AMAZING! Pizza is phenomenal super clean, very friendly staff my Favorite Rosatis by far! Will definitely take the ride just for the quality!

The food is okay but it is far from the greatest, even by Rosati’s standards they are lacking. The hours are inconsistent and don’t bother using one of the coupons they mail out you won’t get the discount (I gave them 2 chances with that) also make sure you double check your bank account if you order online and pick it up, they have a habit of double charging
