First time visiting. Had gyro for lunch, but i was disappointed. Had mushrooms, which were awesome. Friends that i went with enjoyed their selections. Staff were kind.

I had chicken strips which were actually different size pieces but it was real chicken, homemade, good. My husband had beef Philly cheese sandwich, was big, which he liked too. Onion rings are thin, kinda straw like which we like, very good. Great waitress service. Food hot & got food fast too.

Food took a long time compared to how many customers were there. Ordered the monster nachos but they were relatively sub-par. Cheese balls are still good though but thats mostly the vendor. But at least they take groups, whereas Germantown Grille is too snooty for that.

stopped in on Tuesday May 30. arrived at 8:30 pm. place was nearly empty, only 2 other tables besides us and a couple in the bar area. we didn't get our drinks until 9:00 pm and our meal wasn't served until after 10:00.The beer was served warm, and chicken wings were served ice cold - tasted like the sauce came out of the refrigerator. overcharged for meal on top of it.we paid and left as soon as we could get out of there. will not return and can not recommend.

Had a large group come in for a lunch. They made us wait almost 2 hours before serving any food. The food was cold or served wrong. Staff did not seem prepared and did not seem to care about our service. Could be a rough service for them, but it was just not enjoyable. Do not bring a large group here. Small group should be good enough.

This was top 3 worst experiences in a restaurant ever. Sat for 2 hours and half of our group was missing food still. One family left ,never getting any food. The staff didn't care and never offered a solution. The rating wouldn't allow less than one star. Should have just went to the McDonalds. Better food and service. Oh and my buddy got a bread tie in his quesadilla. The bread tie was free....

Wow is all I can say. My second time here at this establishment. First time was about 5 years ago, food was burned so badly we refused it and left after it was really no big deal to the management and expected us to eat it. Today I never got my food with the group we had. Appetizers were all cold in the group and 2 people asked to get new or reheated food. I ordered a deluxe Salmon Salad and never received it, everyone was done eating and I am still sitting there with another person in the group with ZERO food. They came out and said still cooking the food when everyone was finished, I just said forget it at that point as I was not eating by the time the food came out when everyone is finished and then end up taking a salad home at 8pm, wilted lettuce and fish on top of it, no thanks. 2 times the experience has been so bad here I will never return ever and don't recommend this place at all. The group had issues last time they visited this place and you just cannot keep going to a place that obviously is mismanaged. I will say the Bartender was spot on, fantastic and courteous to say the least and served a great pour. If you want a cocktail ? then that is about the only thing I can recommend.
Our service was awesome. A Ddark haired gal was peppy, zippy, and witty. Drinks came out quickly for our party of 11, but then there was the food. We waited. And waited. They circle around offering us another table's food in error. We finally got 2 out of 11 entrées. We waited 15 more minutes, food comes out cold. Cold wings, cold sweet potato fries, cold food. Sincere apologies from our server. Not her fault.

They have tasty food, but the Reuben meat is chopped up and sparingly mixed in with sour kraut instead of slices/chunks and TOPPED with kraut. The sandwich is mostly kraut and bread for 7.99 thumbs down for that. They advertise swiss but it's definitely white American cheese.... Toasted to perfection though. Fries were cooked well, but tasteless. Beck's gas station has better waffle fries.
