Stay away from this location. Cardboard pizza. Terrible service. Lack of compassion. We weren't happy with the quality of our hand tossed pizzas and when we called we were told by the mid 20's brunette that we had 15 mins to get back to the store or we were shit out of luck. If you live in Woodford county stay away from the Germantown Hills location and go to Eureka instead. Fresh hand tossed pizza shouldn't be grainy, crunchy and chewy. And regardless of our opinion an employee should never argue with a customer over the phone. Do better Germantown Hills.

I've called its Jan 9th at 328pm iv called for the past hour not one person will pick up the phone I will never order frome this pizza hut again your workers need to be fired because clearly thy have no clue what thy are doing piss poor service and everything I do order my food is cold when it gets here and only 5 min away come on.

I once gave this Pizza đ Hut a 1 Star Review due to a manager. I can't compliment how much Jerome the new manager has changed the team around, changed service as a customer. He shows tons of respect and in turn you have a ton of respect for him and his team. This is the kind of man Pizza Hut should get in some program, make a GM or more. He took a 1 Star Store and made it a 5 Star store. I really came to thank them for looking out and making sure I got my pizza. I saw my old comment, my old 1 Star Review and had to change it. Idk if it's spelled Jerome or Gerome but I can't say enough good things about him and the staff he built. Again, Just a complete 180 in service. 5 Stars Pizza Hut

Most of the time I love ordering from this exact place. The people are amazing most of the time, food is always good but tonight I had a terrible experience with the night female manager. At first I ordered on the app for delivery and she called and said â the dasher refused to deliverâ. I then tried saying I could just come pick it up and she said no that she would have to cancel the order and give me in store credit. I should have gotten a refund but I said whatever and order a carry out order and went to pick it up she then said that she didnât have another order. I had the charges she said that I could place an order and use store credit but still have to pay because I would be getting free food. I payed for the order already and didnât get a refund it wouldnât be free I already paid for it this is ridiculous. She just didnât want to make the food this was hours before closing. I do not recommend going or ordering there at night

I've gotten pizza there recently and it's a HUGE upgrade from two years ago. Like huge. Whoever is there now is top notch. I just went in to pick up my carry out and the people inside were so personable and sweet. Not only that my pizza is bombbbbb. Oh it's so good. They rock. Pizza Hut has upped prices and I don't love it, but I'm down to pay so.oky for the service and how much better they cook my pizzas now. GREAT JOB YALL ROCK.

This Pizza Hut location is probably one of our favorite locations of this brand name. Itâs a small pick/up and delivery location with no indoor seating. You can go inside and wait for your order as there are a couple chairs to sit and wait for your food. But itâs not a dine-in location. They have some new cheap offerings for lunch time for $7 and itâs totally worth the price!

Parking: Free parking but shared with another business in the lot
