I ordered pizzas this evening and had the pleasure of dealing with a crew that put a whole new light on great customer service! Manager was well engaged, team was amazing! Best customer service I have had in last 3 years! Keep up the great work!

Not only was our food delivered 50 mins after they texted and said it was on the way. Then the kid gets here drops the breadsticks on the ground… then proceeds to say well at least it wasn’t the pasta. Then turns around and says “oh well” if you want more delivered call the store… are you kidding me. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had!!!

Ordered dipping sauces that weren't included when the food was delivered. Ordered garlic parmesan wings, but actually got plain wings with just a bit of sauce in the bottom of the container. Ordered online and was given an estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. The order took over an hour to arrive. And the pizza wasn't thoroughly cut. We had to cut it ourselves to separate the slices. This is not the first time any of these things has happened, but I think it will be the last.

They have missed items from orders repeatedly, and tonight when I called to ask them to deliver the missing order they wouldn't do anything but a credit - people on phone were rude - I informed them they have lost a regular customer.
Customer service needs to make it right and deliver the correct order when they mess up. They just don't care.

Our 7 year old had drawn a picture of our original order. She gave it to the person who delivered our pizza. After they were gone, she proudly stated that she had been told that the picture was cute. I think that made her night!
