Last few times we have gotten blizzards from here the toppings were only in the first couple inches and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. We left a message at the store and made a complaint on the app and nothing but crickets on their end. DQ is expensive enough as it is but then when they don’t fix their problems it’s even worse. Will never visit this DQ again.

Quality and service is slipping. Waiting for food for 30 minutes after calling telling them I had an app order is unexpectedly.
