2/5/24 9:13 pm. Went through the drive through and ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese, a large fry and a large iced tea. The quarter pounder was very sloppily put together, the meat was not warm. The fries were the problem though. They were THE WORST fast food fries I’ve had in 40 years. Undercooked, very greasy and cold. I just got done working 14 hours straight and was just looking forward to some warm food on my way home. What a disappointment. Lame. Have some pride in your job. No excuse for how absolutely horrible that food was.

Would be good food if it was open when they say they are. Both on google and their door says 5 but still locked at 5:30. Would say they just forgot but one employee was just sitting there eating a sandwich as she saw I couldn’t get in. So i can only assume its not meant to be open or she’s an awful worker.

Came here with my children. 2 car lanes to order from. I was the first to approach ordering speaker. 2 cars passed and ordered through the other line, watched both of them pay and pick their food up promptly. Lady on drugs still told me to wait to order. so I sat and waited. As the 3rd person in the other line placed their order I decided to drive forward to the first window. Thats when the staff dodged the window for a lengthy time. Here me and my children are left with uncertainty of this establishment. The staff obviously on drugs refuses to take your order then hispanic manager refuses to take your order. Manager uses the excuse that there was a large party and thats why the lady on drugs couldn’t take my order which I replied, 3 vehicles that were after my arrival had prompt service so it became obvious the manager was only dishing out a excuse for the lady on drugs. It’s not a franchise so be ready to have meth frys or drugs in your food. Do NOT take your children here. Very scary to have this in our town of Issaquah. be afraid very afraid. Asked the very unprofessional manager if I could record what was happening good thing the health department is involved and investigating.

Literally ASKED for FRESH McDoubles order was takin at 10:38 AM! How are you serving leftover burgers when lunch just STARTED! Nasty come on, I get it's fast food but jeeze ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. You guys should be DISGUSTED , this food people

An alright McDonalds that's reasonably quick at preparing food (maybe a little slower than others near the highway), in a fairly friendly manner. The store itself is fairly clean and the food is consistent. Parking is plentiful here and all the standard favorites are on the menu.

My husband and I stopped at the McDonald's in Gilman, Illinois, on our trip to Chicago. We needed to stop and rest our legs. We got an oreo frappe and a free medium French fry with the McDonald's app. It tasted good and the servers were very nice and friendly. It helped us get through the rest of our car ride.

I feel my meal was under cooked due too past conflict with my son and one of the employees felt the need too not cook my meal properly.
