“I waited almost 2 hours for a pizza that was supposed to be delivered in 35-45 minutes. I called to complain. They said the pizza was done and it would be here within 15 minutes. I said fine and hung up as the cashier said goodbye. Waited another 25 minutes and called back. I was given to the manager that said my order was canceled. I was livid! I heard a lot of excuses, but not once did I hear we are sorry or we'll make it right. The manager said something about having a "15 year old" answering the phone, "skeleton crew" and said to call the Paxton Manager "he's there." I called.... no one answered. Blessing in disguise since they are more expensive than Monical's and have ZERO customer service. I will NEVER order again from this place. Sad, but this is one local place that I refuse to support.“

“First time eating here. I will go back but I hope they have their act together a lot better. Very large table come in and sit down directly after I got there they already had their pizzas ready waiting to go and putting them on the table as for me and the other six customers that come in before them we were put on the back burner. I understand they make a big tip off of them but I still have my waitress $8 and I had to put up with the worst service that I could have asked for for the first time. Food was really good though that is the only reason I would go back. As far as the manager goes she did not address the issue she did not even want to talk about it when I brought it up at the cash register poor management is what is going to ruin today's society.“
