Pizza Restaurants in Gilman

“Without exaggeration the best pizza I’ve ever had. Get Dave Portnoy out here! I was pleasantly surprised since this spot is pretty much in the middle of nowhere. Conveniently located next to the Pilot truck stop. Truckers you must try it! I got a simple 14” pepperoni pizza. Walked in to place an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. Perfectly thin crust and the flavor was amazing. Definitely will be going back any time I pass by.“

“I only did a take out order, so I can't vouch for how long of a wait it normally would be. But the pizza I got was very much tasty! It was a half sausage half pepperoni thin crust pizza. The red sauce and the cheese used is rich in a positive way that I couldn't help but want to eat more of it. The crust was also nice and crispy. Really wish there was something like this back in California.

I noticed the film rolls which I thought was to show the size of the Pizza but that wasn't the case., I then asked the owner about the history of the place. Turns out the building used to be a movie theater that at one point got damaged and ultimately became a pizza place. A nice piece of history learned while dining here.

If I'm ever back in the area, I'd love to stop by again.“
