Vibe/atmosphere is 80s, hints of old school pizza hut and cracker barrel mixed together and it absolutely works!!I cannot rave enough about the food!! Omg the dough is phenomenal, the pasta was perfect as well!Our waitress was such a sweetheart too!!Definitely will be a must visit whenever i come up to visit him!!“
“I had some poor experiences at this Aurelio’s location in the past, however I felt compelled to review after my positive experience today. My takeout order was all correct, ready on time, with very pleasant service. The employee working the drive-up window at around 4:45p today was very polite and did an excellent job.“
“Pizza is good, prices are goodVeggie pizza had a yellow cheese on it, that I'd never seen before. Honestly it made the pizza taste a bit strange. It tasted like Velveeta, as odd as it is to say.The single both on the right side as you immediately enter the dining space is broken badly. My son sat in it and immediately felt like he was going to fall into the cavity of the booth.Server Tori was great.“

“Over the last few months I have ordered wings, pizza (thin and deep dish), an italian beef, and dough nuggets. Everything has been amazing. The Italian beef could have been dipped with a heavier hand, but it was still AMAZING! Delivery has been great, the driver is very kind, respectful, and on time.“
“Superb customer service!! My daughter had a certificate for a free personal pan pizza for being an avid reader. I called ahead so we wouldn’t have to wait long. We get there and I send her inside. There was a wait. A long wait. Finally I go inside to see what the delay was. We ordered pepperoni for the topping and they made cheese. They let her keep those cheese AND remade the order! When my daughter came out she said the workers were friendly. Which they were . That was her first time doing that without parental supervision and she came out confident. I was so impressed with the staff last night that I called them and thanked them for the lovely experience. Also my daughter enjoyed the pizza. Will be back to THIS location soon!“
“Well done Nancy's! Well done!.Today was my first time trying Nancy's pizza in Bourbonnais. Ordered a small sausage and cheese and a small Hawaiian. Absolutely excellent. I've never had a Hawaiian pizza before today. So this was a really good first experience. Had the food delivered and it arrived quickly so the pizzas were nice and hot! Thank you Nancy's pizza!
