“I’m not sure why the reviews are so bad but I had a great experience. Two days in a row I’ve ordered almost the same thing. And each time it was hot and fresh. My smoothie was great too. There was one guy working and he was very polite and efficient with making the food. I’m actually very surprised with how packed the tropical smoothie got and he tackled each order promptly. Today they were having computer problems, but they advised me of the issue so I would understand the added wait time. Clearly they were prepared to make adjustments and keep the store running!
