My Fiancé and I just ordered a cake at the Bakery. Olivia, one of the decorators, was so kind and helpful. It was refreshing to have such good customer service. I hope Sam’s Club takes care of her and realizes what an awesome employee they have on their hands!

Zero stars. Took my vehicle to get my tire repaired. Free tire repair was one of the reasons I purchased tires here. The guy said it couldn’t be repaired. I said I’d buy a new tire, I just needed the car repaired. Was told that they didn’t have time that day to put a tire on. 3 employees were standing around doing NOTHING. I sat in the parking lot 30 mins & no cars ever came in the bays. The employees just stared at their phones. I took the car to a local tire shop. It was fixed in 2 hours with a patch. $20. Do not let these people near your car. They don’t have a clue.

Had my first and last experience with ordering a specific cake in the bakery and when I went to pick it up I got exactly what I didn’t want. Had to take it anyway, no other bakery had enough time to make what I wanted. Everything else in the store is great.

Been calling the tire dept for 3 days at different hours. No one ever answers. It rings until it disconnects me. Looking to buy 1000 worth of tires and guess will have to go elsewhere
