A shift supervisor thinks he's management and Sharon who said she was the General Manager is entitled to the point she thinks she doesn't have to identifiy herself or her rude employee who exhibits the negative behaviors. From the other comments, they have no clue what they're doing.

I requested to replace but Carrol and Sharon both were so rude and explained this happens in routine as they both next to each other placed. They were out of Medium cups too. They ruined my flavor and never replaced. We like Naperville Service but not recommended this location. Corporate must look into..

I've visited this Andy's Frozen Custard location many times, especially during pumpkin season. Their Pumpkin Pie Concrete is absolutely delicious, but everything else on the menu is consistently great too. The staff are usually friendly, and the service is reliable. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by, especially for their seasonal items.

The service is horrendous. In this day and age people should be grateful they even have a job. What do I get? Eye rolling and attitude. Shape up over there. You are very easily replaced. I won’t be back.

We used the drive through and even with so many cars the staff were quite efficient and fast. I ordered strawberry sundae and it was really good. I plan to go another time because there’s a lot to try out on their menu.

I recently tried the Brownie Sundae and really enjoyed the overall treat. The custard was rich and creamy, and the brownie was warm and fudgy—such a great combo! However, I wasn’t a fan of the cherry on top. It felt a bit out of place with the rest of the flavors. Still, a delicious dessert overall, just personally would skip the cherry next time.
