ordered a photo cake and was told the morning of date needed that it would not be made. came in for a refund manager was not there so they told me to come back again for my money the next day.

I ordered a cake online and indicated special instructions for a layer of fudge between the cake and the ice cream. since that is not something visible, I did not know that the instructions were not followed until the cake was cut. There was nothing between the cake and ice cream. I called the following day to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back later in the day, which they did not. Now I tried calling today with no answer. The person who promised that a manager would call back said she could see my phone number. Makes me wonder if they are avoiding me. I don't think that they are overly busy all of the time. when I picked up my order, two people helped me and there was another person available. No other customers were in the store. I guess the next step is to go to the store in person to register my complaint.

I had a truly disappointing experience with Baskin Robbins. I ordered a cake two days in advance for my son's birthday, only to receive a call just two hours before the event informing me that the cake wouldn’t be ready. This last-minute notice was incredibly frustrating and ruined our celebration plans. I expected much better from a company that prides itself on customer service. I won't be returning.

The guy was rude and would go out to see us. I went there at 11:30 pm on Saturday night. I order the Oreo layered Sunday, got it back and there was like 2 scoops of ice cream and a little bit of fudge on the sides. It was almost completely hollowed when I got it. On the drive back after it melted a little it turned into a quarter cup of what I paid for. It irritates me just looking at it. Also, not exaggerating every bite I take is freeze dried and gross.
