I had a truly disappointing experience with Baskin Robbins. I ordered a cake two days in advance for my son's birthday, only to receive a call just two hours before the event informing me that the cake wouldn’t be ready. This last-minute notice was incredibly frustrating and ruined our celebration plans. I expected much better from a company that prides itself on customer service. I won't be returning.

Why is the inside closed at 8:30 pm on a Fri night in July? I can't order ice cream thru the drive thru. Need to see all the flavors. ?

The guy was rude and would go out to see us. I went there at 11:30 pm on Saturday night. I order the Oreo layered Sunday, got it back and there was like 2 scoops of ice cream and a little bit of fudge on the sides. It was almost completely hollowed when I got it. On the drive back after it melted a little it turned into a quarter cup of what I paid for. It irritates me just looking at it. Also, not exaggerating every bite I take is freeze dried and gross.

This Baskin-Robbins needs to be shut down. I ordered two large birthday cakes for my twins third birthday, and we received a call that they didn’t have the blue ice cream anymore Saturday night which I said OK, how about cookies and cream. She said yes they could do that and she would start now, and it would be ready by Sunday the next day. The next day we called the store to find out how tall the cakes were, to see if they would fit in our freezer because they were ice cream and the girl refused to go to the back and check and said there is no possible way to check how tall the cake was. I told her we would pick it up on Monday night instead then because we did not know if it would fit in our freezer. She said this would be OK. Come Monday night we call to make sure they’re going to be open and she tells us that there are no cakes for us. It was the same girl the day before who confirmed they’d hold the cakes. I wish I saw these reviews. She tried to call the girl who makes the cakes who said she did not make them. She gave me the store manager and general managers number, and neither one of them called me back. I have called the store multiple times and no one has called me back. I will now be settling with my bank.

I went into Baskin Robbins Glen Ellyn on Friday to order a birthday ice cream cake for pick up on Monday. They had me write my order on a piece of paper and told me I would get a call on Saturday to reconfirm. No call on Saturday, so I called them on Sunday. The woman who answered told me it’s not made yet and she wasn’t sure if it would be or not. What?? She told me to call back in one hour. I have tried several times and no one is answering the phone now. I guess I’ll be going to Oberweis or Dairy Queen for an ice cream cake. So disappointing. Posting this for buyer beware in the future.

Worst ice cream place ever. I asked about a bunch of ice cream flavors and the guy who was attending drive thru customers, was keep saying no, we don't have. So i decided to get whatever they had and the amount of ice cream they gave in the cup was like 1 table spoon instead of 1 scoop. Also the guy who was putting ice cream in the cups, was not wearing gloves. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
