Just went to pick up my kid’s personalized bday cake for the party we’re having in an hour and they didn’t have it. I had an emailed receipt with a pick-up time/date/location and they had no idea what to do. Very frustrating.

While it may be unconventional, we got our wedding cake from Baskin! I can't thank the team enough for spending multiple phone calls with me figuring out how to make our vision come to life in this beautiful (and tasty!) cake. I'm so impressed with the design changes they did to make it look more wedding and the customization for the ice cream flavors was perfect!

The lady taking the order is useless. When asked about flavors for sundae, she mentioned “you don’t know the flavor”. When we mentioned we don’t can you help, her response go check on the app. Please teach your employees “customer centric approach” or dump them. In this case dump her.

This is my go to store everyday. They serve me very quick. It’s very nice and clean store. I get my coffee everyday here. Must try this Dunkin as they are very fast in serving orders. I see this store every time busy. But still they serve very fast and good quality.

ordered a photo cake and was told the morning of date needed that it would not be made. came in for a refund manager was not there so they told me to come back again for my money the next day.
I ordered a cake online and indicated special instructions for a layer of fudge between the cake and the ice cream. since that is not something visible, I did not know that the instructions were not followed until the cake was cut. There was nothing between the cake and ice cream. I called the following day to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back later in the day, which they did not. Now I tried calling today with no answer. The person who promised that a manager would call back said she could see my phone number. Makes me wonder if they are avoiding me. I don't think that they are overly busy all of the time. when I picked up my order, two people helped me and there was another person available. No other customers were in the store. I guess the next step is to go to the store in person to register my complaint.
