I had an issue with gift cards from December that Jesus worked through with me. It couldn't be resolved without help through the app so he comped my dinner for the hassle. Buona has always been our family's go to beef place and service like this is way above and beyond. My favorite beef in all of Chicagoland.

This Glen Ellyn Buona should teach Customer Service classes. My experience with this late afternoon crew was awesome! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. They were engaged and seemed to be having a good time. I hadn't planned to dine-in, but I wish I had the time to do so!

It was a pre Lent Fat Tuesday special - a large Italian beef sandwich and fries for $10. Sandwich was hot, full of flavor and gravy/sauce. Tomorrow's special is their pepper and egg Lenten sandwich. I'll be back in line

Dine in, hotdog fry’s and a drink. Nobody at registers, had to use the stupid kiosk. Looks like only two cooks, and 4 others standing around waiting for food to be shoved out. Took 15 minutes to get my food. Way too slow for a dog and fry’s.

I went here today for lunch. The GM Jesus is fantastic. Not only does he offer great service, but he is a great person. I watched him go above and beyond to hold the door open for an older gentlemen with a walker. I will be going back regularly. He mad my day with his kindness.

Buona Beef has one of the Best Italian Beef Sandwiches around besides my Brother’s Restaurant Fat Ricky’s! We frequent the Buona in Glen Ellyn, Ill., on Roosevelt Rd. Their quality is always spot on and their service is always very friendly, fast, and efficient! Some of our other favorite items are the Beef & Giardiniera Pizza, Italian Sausage Sandwich, Protein Bowls (meatballs & Italian Sausage my fav), Arancini Beef Bites and I can’t forget their delicious Onion Rings too! Honestly you can’t go wrong with anything they have! Mangia, Mangia!!!
