Young man at the counter was very upbeat, genuine, and professional. He came to our table to help me download the new app and apply the points from my purchase. What a sweetheart. The place was very well kept; clean, no napkins on the floor. Clean tables. Not like Port!//@$.

I placed an online order at Buona-Glen Ellyn to be picked up. There was a small issue with the order so I called and talked to the manager Jose. He was so helpful and apologetic. He replaced my missing item along with a gift certificate. I felt like I had stepped back in time to a time when managers truly cared about their customers. I also want to mention that Josh was very polite and helpful too. I'll be back. Cathy

The chicken avocado protein bowl is SO good. Great for people who need to eat gluten free (not sure about cross contamination for celiac).
Best beef anywhere.
