I placed an online order at Buona-Glen Ellyn to be picked up. There was a small issue with the order so I called and talked to the manager Jose. He was so helpful and apologetic. He replaced my missing item along with a gift certificate. I felt like I had stepped back in time to a time when managers truly cared about their customers. I also want to mention that Josh was very polite and helpful too. I'll be back. Cathy
I allways dine in with family at this location. The team is allways working in perfect synchrony. the staff is allways curtious, kind, and profesional. This team goes above and beyond making sure that out table has everything that it needs, the way the staff converses and builds rapport does not go unnoticed. Today Jose had a brief conversation with us and it made our day. When I crave good Italian food and great service I need look no further.
