I had an issue with gift cards from December that Jesus worked through with me. It couldn't be resolved without help through the app so he comped my dinner for the hassle. Buona has always been our family's go to beef place and service like this is way above and beyond. My favorite beef in all of Chicagoland.
This Glen Ellyn Buona should teach Customer Service classes. My experience with this late afternoon crew was awesome! Everyone was welcoming and friendly. They were engaged and seemed to be having a good time. I hadn't planned to dine-in, but I wish I had the time to do so!
Yummy Fat Tuesday Big Beef & Regular Fry special for $9.99. Food was hot, order was accurate & taste was delish!! (fries were perfectly crunchy). Food was packaged well so no leakage...thank you!
