When talking to the cashier to put my order in I had to repeat the order like 10 times, then when my order was ready I didn't get my drink or fries. I went and asked for my drink and fries which seemed to confuse them somehow. I was there with my step-dad and he mentioned if they were high or something because they seemed like they couldn't focus on anything that was happening and kept forgetting simple things over and over again. Not sure what's going on at this location but they definitely need to do a internal investigation because something is definitely off.

Rude! I came through the drive through at 10:00 am they stated they are serving both breakfast and lunch I ordered the 5$ your way the lady through The drive-through was very rude and mad because I ordered lunch instead of breakfast. She didn’t even ask me what kind of drink I wanted as I pulled around to the window once I arrived there she opened the window fast with an attitude is Coke OK instead of saying, what drink would you like, I said that’s fine I guess and asked for barbecue sauce for my nuggets or ketchup for my fries. She throws the receipt at me and says pull around to the front and wait because that’s lunch. I pulled around to the front and they come out five minutes later with my food, no catchup in the bag , had to get out of the car and go inside. No one wants to work these days. Everyone is upset that they had to work to make a living as we havent been doing this for years. There was no one at this location it was not busy Sad and I won’t be returning it used to be another older lady here that was so sweet no matter what time of day it was smh bring back customer service

It was my first time in this store, it was late almost midnight and I couldn't find anything open. At the drive thru I was assisted by Andrea who very cordially took my order, when she went to the window she told me that if I waited 3 minutes she would give me a freshly prepared product. It was a great experience in customer service but I do suggest that they should change the image for a newer and brighter one. One more plus was that I only ordered a sandwich and they gave me a mini order of fry fries

Franchise owner is cheapening out. Staff are friendly, but overworked. They were literally running around. Only 2 people present during rush hour? Took ages to place and receive my order. Drinks machine a joke, cleanliness nonexistent. At least Impossible Burger received warm and tasted well. This location is clearly overworked and understaffed considering how busy the drive thru is. How not to run a franchise, 101.

Excellent fries. Hot crispy and just right amount of salt. B3st fries i have ever had from burger king. Bacon king burger was great too. Fresh, hot, tasted great. Service was great in drive through, except the dude gave me no napkins.
I was there 2/9/24 and went through the drive through close to 9pm. The woman working the drive through is a delight. She was cheerful, friendly, bubbly. So sweet and kind. I was exhausted and cranky and she made my night! She deserves a bonus, seriously. She made me feel welcome and appreciated, she went above and beyond. The food was fresh, exactly what I needed after a long day, but she was the best part of my experience!
