If I wanted table scraps of steak I would’ve dug through the trash instead of ordering a bowl. The amount of meat I got was borderline disrespectful, I now am staring at my SALAD bowl of misery in disappointment. My day is ruined now. Chipotle, fix your portions instead of jerking off investors

Spent $50 on 2 bowls through uber eats just to get a cup of food in each bowl. Uber eats won’t refund you because it’s not their problem, but apparently if a customer isn’t watching you make it, you get to waste their money. You guys suck.

I order online via door dash and was highly disappointed when I never received my meal. I order almost $100 dollars of food and was informed "someone else must have picked up my order as they don't have the man power to ensure correct meals are picked up." They refused to remake my order and the "manager on duty" just contined to tell me to cancel as I'll get my money back. When I asked for thier name I was given the " I dont feel comfortable giving that out" as she knew she was in the wrong for not just correcting the problem. It's great to know just anyone can go pick up anyone's meals and won't be checked due to not enough manpower!

The older Hispanic woman usually at the cashier is extremely rude. She has very poor customer service. Everytime I come here she is disrespectful and very unpleasant. She needs to be trained on how to interact with customers.

The chicken bowl was sooo salty. Not good and they overcharged me, and I had to correct the bill. Also when they serve a scoop of chicken, very small, noticeable, had to order another scoop. $3.70 it was small. They need to figure out how to not over salt the food... Terrible...

Pleasant customer service, Mgr and staff. The drink station was untouchable. There were a bunch of teenagers that had been served before me and they left it a mess. I was given appropriate amounts of the various options with a smile.

We came in it 9:15 pm and the whole crew was basically closing shop and cleaning. Ignoring us. After like 5 minutes of standing there the girl says do you mind if I make these mobile orders first? They were also spraying cleaning supplies all over right next to the food. We walked out.
