The last couple times I’ve gotten blizzards in the drive-thru they’re only mixed halfway through so the bottom is all plain vanilla. They leave ice cream hanging over the edge of the cup so it drips and gets sticky ice cream all over the car while driving away. Also, they only give you napkins if asked.

I bought ice cream for the family so we spent 35 bucks here tonight. 2 of our 3 blizzards had what seemed like the tiny leftover bits they must have scraped up which left us with pretty much vanilla ice cream and fluff. Such a bummer to not have the delicious chunks of Reese's peanut butter cups one would expect. ??

Ordered a large ultimate cookie and got something that looked similar but wasn’t the right order didn’t realize until I got home and took a bite it had a bunch of Chocolate chips no nutter butter

I’ve previously gone here and had no trouble but when I ordered from here on Uber eats yesterday the ice cream was underwhelming to say the least. The blizzards are meant to have the toppings mixed in so each bite has some flavor but all three of the blizzards I ordered only had a bit of the top layer and the rest Pure Vanilla nothing else, I was pretty disappointed along with those who I bought the blizzards for. I got the chocolate covered strawberry blizzard and it only had 2 strawberries and some chocolate at the very top, my sister got Oreo and it was the same thing after the very top just vanilla, and for my brother in law too.

I came here with my family to get some ice cream when we were met with some rude workers. I ordered vanilla cone ice cream in a cup but the worker didn’t put it in a cup when I asked him to put it in a cup he got mad and broke the cone and put the ice cream in the cup. When I asked for a plane cone he got mad and told me you should’ve ordered it and that they were going to charge me 2 dollars for the empty cone. I don’t recommend this at all.
I like their happy hour deals, and their banana-based Blizzards when they come in-season.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible place I ordered a medium cone dipped and when handed to me it was dripping all over me and the side of my car, not only that but the cone is just ugly and tilted. I also ordered the brand new Brookie blizzard thinking it was going to be given to me in a blizzard cup but was given to me in a shake cup with ice cream all over the lid and the lid cracked. I used to work at a DQ in Aurora on lake and never would I give a customer a product like these. Do better.
