I’ve previously gone here and had no trouble but when I ordered from here on Uber eats yesterday the ice cream was underwhelming to say the least. The blizzards are meant to have the toppings mixed in so each bite has some flavor but all three of the blizzards I ordered only had a bit of the top layer and the rest Pure Vanilla nothing else, I was pretty disappointed along with those who I bought the blizzards for. I got the chocolate covered strawberry blizzard and it only had 2 strawberries and some chocolate at the very top, my sister got Oreo and it was the same thing after the very top just vanilla, and for my brother in law too.

I came here with my family to get some ice cream when we were met with some rude workers. I ordered vanilla cone ice cream in a cup but the worker didn’t put it in a cup when I asked him to put it in a cup he got mad and broke the cone and put the ice cream in the cup. When I asked for a plane cone he got mad and told me you should’ve ordered it and that they were going to charge me 2 dollars for the empty cone. I don’t recommend this at all.

I went in here yesterday and ordered 4 items and a box of dilly bars. The person serving us got the order wrong and when I explained it to him he proceeded to slam the bag down with a huff and stomped over to the garbage can threw the wrong item into the trash and remade the improper order. He had a very bad attitude and it was actually a bit intimidating. This is not the kind of service you are expecting when going to get your family ice cream on a hot summer night. The worst part was i'm pretty sure it was the owner because he was an older gentleman that I have seen before. Not great standards for a brand that people love.

Two stars for refusing to make a Blizzard cake with both top and bottom layers made from Blizzards, not only the top layer (the bottom layer is made with plain vanilla).Went to another DQ and they had no problem giving me what I asked for.To be fair to the DQ that refused me, I did buy a Blizzard and it was delicious.Update: after Jon (the owner) responded to my review, I called and spoke to him and he explained that they don't have the expertise to create a double-blizzard-layered ice cream cake. Fair enough. Raised from 2 stars to 3.

Continued poor service, time and time again! Spoke to the owner after leaving voicemail last night. Jon sounded like, oh great another problem and questioned if I was calling the correct location. Your # is on the receipt. Believe it or not, your employees can do wrong. They need to be held accountable for their lack of care and customer service skills. People work hard for their $ and just want the correct item and to be treated decent. Let's try the Bloomingdale location after 12yrs.

The seeming manager, older guy with an earring, working at this location was clearly in a mood and proceeded to act like a j**** I came in with a coupon, requested if it could be used, he said yes and proceeded to just completely ignore it, charged the entire amount and after asking why, he said “oh, sorry.” Been going here for years, never had a bad experience like this.- update - Jon was very nice on the phone and while it wasn’t a big deal he has made up for the above incident.

Went to this location with a friend for a last minute snack. We walked in and weren’t even acknowledged for a few minutes. I placed my order and my friend asked if he could use a coupon, the guy at the register with an earring said he could. They appeared to be scrambling to complete an order, so my friend paid and after checking the total amount, we noticed that no coupon was applied. My friend asked the guy about it, and he said “well you didn’t hand it over”, that’s it, no reversing the transaction or adjusting anything. Kinda rude, but we grabbed our things and left

They have the churro ice cream cones but not the sugar topping that goes over the top. They didn't tell me that and just gave the dipped cone to me. When I asked why it wasn't on it they said they were out and the owner hasn't ordered any for a couple of weeks. Basically they gave me a cone with only half the toppings and weren't going to tell me. Not very honest.
