Very nice family style restaurant with good food and friendly atmosphere. They have cool Glen Ellyn mural on the wall, and the name of the restaurant was one of the first of the names of the town of Glen Ellyn. They are only open for breakfast and lunch ? good food good people. Very nice and relaxing place for breakfast, or lunch. Give them a try. I wish they still had sweet sour cabbage soup ? ?

Good food. They're very accommodating with my egg allergy. They were able to make me a hashbrown skillet with a side of fruit. Mt husband enjoyed the corned beef hash and sausage biscuits and gravy. They have a lot to choose from. I'd like to go back and try other dishes.

Every employee is great. As a double amputee both customers & employees help by holding doors for us & just being Jonny on the spot & helping wherever they can. Waitresses remember our favorites. Men cleaning tables also help us. They all know our favorite table & move chairs as soon as we arrive. Love them all.
Dietary restrictions: Im diabetic & they know what i cant have. No powdered sugar on crepes, but sugar free syrup. Special comes with crepes, toast or pancakes. Hashbrowns or choice of fruit plus a meat choice. Sometimes I get scrambled eggs on the special with crispy bacon crumble into the egg mix. Juice also comes with the special & they'll give my juice to my husband bc I can't have juice. It's always a very pleasant experience. Special only goes to 11:00.
Parking: It's a favorite place for many, so parking may or may not be full. We like to attend between meals so we have more choices.
Wheelchair accessibility: They only have 2 handicap parking spots but told us we could take two parking slots if handicap are filled. We try to be there by 10 am after brkfst or before lunch crowds arrive. I've met some wonderful customers that watch for us so they run to help us when staff are too busy. It's a joy to be there!
