Store refused to remake even when I offered to drive back and bring the pizza to show them. Pizza was very dry, and had less cheese/sauce than a normal serving. Get this order frequently.
Incredibly rude staff, buddy was convinced when he was clearly wrong or just wasn’t paying attention.

If you want pizza, order it from literally anywhere else but here; the delivery driver wasn't even close to our address when they marked our order as delivered. When we called the store to ask for a refund since some complete random got handed our food and we didn't want to bother with a redelivery, the guy who answered lied and said it was just an issue with the tracker. After waiting another 15 minutes, when we called to ask for a refund again, he hung up on us. Don't waste your money here.

You know when there’s 2 of the same restaurants around and you say “oh no let’s not go to that one, let’s go to the good one”? This Dominos location is the one you want to avoid. I gave them a few tries because they’re closer than the Lisle location but every time I order here, it’s consistently taken 30 minutes to pump out a sandwich or pizza for me to pickup. Cook quality is meh, It’s usually underdone or burnt. Go to Lisle instead

A waste of money 6$ for cheesy marinara and it was 90% cheese with a spoonful of marinara definitely not worth the money. The chicken bacon ranch sub was almost inedible. Hardly anything on the bread, a sprinkle of cheese and like 5 small pieces of dried hard chicken

Got the thin crust, criminally underrated pizza. Me and my partner enjoyed them very much.

I ordered piza that never arrived and when i called guy said its been delivered.When i said it have not he started with his attitude ind hunged up, after telling me another 30 min. i Refused for remake, because when you show this kind of attitude to the customers i dont think i would trust eating food from you. Never ever agian from this location, worst experience ever

I gave this location a couple tries, each time the pizza and bread twists are not flavorful ( which is odd, how can the sauce be so bland? Usually I taste some sort of flavor) or they do not put enough toppings that I am paying for. I even tried the cinnamon flavored bread twists and they were not good. Tasted old and the icing was disgusting. The workers are passive aggressive and make me feel uncomfortable. Especially when it comes time to pay. I remember redeeming my emergency pizza and the lady at the counter was rude when I came to pick it up (maybe it was a long day for them idk) it was empty when I walked in. I tip based on customer service and I did not appreciate the service I experienced so I did not tip my hard earned money during that transaction. To which the the cashier was not happy and her energy shifted even more.I’m sorry but if you’re not going to provide good customer service why should I tip … especially in a location where it’s to go orders and not dine in. I don’t think I’ll be coming to this specific location anymore.
