I do not recommend this Dunkin Donuts location. Several times I have ordered an ice coffee with very easy on the ice, only to get home and find better than half of it ice. I have ordered coffee rolls, and got apple fritters instead. They are not trustworthy. There are plenty of other Dunkin Donuts around, don’t bother doing business with this one.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any coffee shop ever. The lady in front is clueless. She got my order wrong and charged me for 50 donuts instead of ten. Then instead of give me the money back wanted to give me a more donuts to compensate. After I refuse she was irritated and walked away without any guidance of what was happening. Another employee comes over to give me a more refund on my card. Then continue to charge me for the donuts again after my card is depleted. Today I ordered five drinks was never offered or given a drink carrier and had to struggle to get them out the door by myself. Then sat there for another 25 minutes waiting for my 10 munchkins while other people behind me were served donuts and coffee and food and ice cream. Looked at me or checked on me the entire time. I will not be returning to this Dunkin donuts already Dunkin donuts ever again. Continue to steer people away from dunkin' donuts.

This is a terrible place to go. They give you the wrong food, and then when you call to complain they call you a liar. Never come here they speak in broken english and have terrible customer service.

Ordered an iced coffee and it tasted horrible, asked for a replacement just so it can taste the exact same. The problem was they were using the last portion of the coffee bag they had on. Which caused a bitter and nasty taste. 1st time this happens

Take your business to the location at 1090 Roosevelt Rd instead.

Every time I go to this location the staff gives me attitude but most of the time they had my order ready and correct. Today they got my order wrong and yelled at me from the window. I'm done being treated like an inconvenience by this franchise, if customers are such a nuisance they can have one less!

My go-to place, only use drive-through. People are attentive and actually try to pay attention to my order, I am getting to the point where they recognize my voice and have the order ready right away simplifying transaction. Place continues to invest in renovations - new screen is nice.

The last few times I’ve gone, they’ve messed up my coffee order, which happens, but the woman at the drive through was so incredibly rude to me when I asked for it to be corrected. The most recent time she actually told me it was my fault for not specifying that I didn’t want whipped cream on an iced latte and then walked away. She was so rude that I left without the beverage I paid for. I don’t have that issue at any other Dunkin location, just here. Despite it being the closest to my house, I’m done coming here.
