I was surprised and disappointed to be charged for a cup of tap water at this Dunkin’ location. Charging customers for basic tap water feels unnecessary and unwelcoming, especially when many people are already purchasing food or drinks. It left a negative impression and doesn’t align with the customer-friendly experience Dunkin is trying to promote. I will be reaching out to your corporate office to let them know and express my disappointment.

Especially considering they have to push a button to let anyone into the bathroom, the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom is disgusting. How do you clog a urinal? How is there dried urine and feces under the toilet seat? People eat here. Be glad I chose not to include a picture.

I couldn’t believe the way I was spoken too today this morning, I usually go there every Monday and order the same thing never had an issue all! the ladies are very nice but TODAY there was this lady there that I have never seen before and I ordered online at 8:47 & then I got to the Dunkin at 9:10 ish?? So I was late due traffic anyways I get there and I see on the ordering board it said Victor ur order is ready! Soooo I just drive to the window (done this before and never had and issue) i get to the window and I can see the lady looking at me but won’t come to the window she’s kinda just moving around doing other things so im like ok im sure they’re just busy so i wait and wait then after time passed she comes to the window WITH THE WORST ATTITUDE and she says that if i said my name im like huh my name girly what do u mean the order board said my stuff was ready she goes NO DID U SAY UR NAME ! im like no.. i got an alert it was ready and that my name was up and said it was ready .. and she was FURIOUS like i mean i felt like a little kid getting yelled at i never got nasty with her i just tried to explain and she would scream at me and say “ OH MY GOD DO U NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!!!! And GRUNT!!! And said I need to GO NACK AROUND THE DRIVE THRU AND SAY MY NAME I’m like but I’m already here and my order is ready the board said it’s ready but i kept it cool because who needs that that early but it was very disrespectful and condescending on her part also there was this lady there who I almost always see she said hi I’m so sorry gave me my order that was right there ready and apologized for her behavior so I’m grateful for that and i will never go to that Dunkin again.

If you ask for ketchup or any condiments at the drive thru speaker make sure you check your bag and when 9/10 they don’t put it in your bag and you ask at window make sure you ask for a certain amount?
I ordered a whole breakfast sandwich and some hashbrowns and asked for ketchup at the window and she hands me ONE singular packet I was like girl what am I suppose to do with one packet 😂 I asked for more she was clearly irritated I dared to ask for more ketchup. I swear they’re so stingy sometimes smh💀

I waited 10-15 minutes for ice cream. Staff goes very slow. Show no sense of urgency. Terrible experience. They first deny my order exists which is disrespectful. Then after finding out it does they take a small break talking and drinking apple juice. They are grown middle eastern women

I used the drive thru to order 1 chocolate donut with sprinkles. I was cut off mid order, and then was followed by silence for a few seconds. Unsure whether they heard my order, I repeated it, and was shouted at pretty rudely. Then followed by silence again, and then after about 5 minutes another person came on the headset to take my order. My food was then almost tossed at me. I just wanted a chocolate donut with sprinkles man ☹️

She is that quick in customer service. This location is my daily go to location. This location is very busy every time and they serve the orders very fast that makes me visit everyday this store.
