i dont know what been going on lately…. But they been messing up my order 😭😫 and do they not replace bagels? They messed my bagel asked for cream cheese and gave me butter instead, i give back for them to replace but turns out they just added the cream cheese instead of replacing…..

Wow.. I'm working at 24-hour shift almost doing snow removal I'm tired I'm hungry. I come here I asked for two donuts and a coffee he takes 20 minutes. Not only that I give him my credit card he gets it back to me and drops it in the snow. I have never seen anybody or have I ever been anywhere that someone would do that.. Nope I'm done here..

Place is horrible lady at the window always has attitude like if they’re forcing her to work there ,, every time I get multiple drinks they hand you various cups with out a cup holder then when u ask for one they get all mad with attitude ,, when you order something always check your order because something will always come up missing ,,, I can only say this for the am shift though ?

Holy cow! Dunkin Bricks is what it should be called. Gas station donuts are way better! I think I chipped a tooth these donuts were so hard. I bought a dozen and EVERY ONE was as hard as a brick bat.. Save your money unless you want a rock collection.

This was the most disappointing experience I've ever had ❗️I highly recommend avoiding this store ‼️I went in for the third time this month, and they come up with the same redone that they were out of BANANAS for my order. The staff's attitude was downright disrespectful ‼️

I waited for breakfast sandwiches while staff ignored me and I watched them give sandwiches to people who ordered after me. After 23 minutes a staff member acknowledged me and the manager refused to give me a refund.

I ordered a mint chip shake. I've gotten this a dozen times. It was just MILK! The guy at the window argued with me that that's how it's made! Are you kidding me I asked! Then he said it was just melted! In 2 seconds!? Then he refused a refund! I get a refund through the app but for the love of God avoid this location!

For a good month now they have gone down hill, different employees (or owners?) that seem to know nothing about coffee or donuts, nor do they care. This location use to be the best in the area. My order today, was extremely wrong, when i refused it, instead of fixing it, they suggested charging more....no one in the coffee business does that, sorry. After arguing with the rude, clueless kid at drive thru, I will be goin elsewhere, including all of my family and friends!

Drive thru is very fast but they keep putting my donut sideways in a tiny hash brown bag and all of the icing wipes off on the side of the bag :((
