Bad service from the person who takes your order and the one from the bendana. So today I ended up not having enough for my drink and tried to cancel my order. The barista who says his name is "Sean" demanded I then pay in cash. When I told him no thank you and to cancel my order he refused. Then made a rude comment stating " If you can't pay don't come" and slammed the window in my face, going off saying more rude comments, while I was driving away.

Lid wasn’t properly placed on my hot coffee . Spilled boiling hot coffee all over my lap n stomach in the drive through. VERY PAINFUL AND UPSETTING

I use to frequent this location daily, but now I try not to. While the individual in drive-through is usually pleasant, there’s several minor things that have added up. My most recent was me reaching out to corporate about a cup of coffee, full of grounds and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich that was barely lukewarm when I got it. It’s kind of disgusting to have a semi cold sausage sandwich and a cup full of grounds for breakfast. I will do my best not to visit this location anymore.

I see a lot of negative reviews about this location, but my children and I had such a wonderful experience recently that I had to share. I brought my children there for a special breakfast treat one morning and we were swiftly greeted and served by Beatriz. She was incredibly warm, kind, friendly, and patient as my little children, including a toddler, decided what they wanted to order. She interacted so sweetly with them, and even gave them extra treats. She made sure our orders were correct, double checking with the other person who made my coffee. She continued to show kindness and warmth for the rest of our visit and shared her enthusiasm about our return. I have to say this was the best interaction I have had at any DD ever, upstanding another favorite interaction at a DD (from a previous review of mine; I confess I have had many a DD visit in my life.) Beatriz is an absolute asset to your organization and I highly recommend and request that she be acknowledged for her professionalism and exceptional customer service, and be considered for leadership, promotion, and a raise as she deserves it. Beatriz, thank you for being the wonderful human being that you are. You are one of those unique individuals that has me reflecting on how this world would be a much better place if more people found joy in their jobs and in their interactions with others as you had in your encounter with me and my little family. ✨

I have been here in the morning many times. They consistently get my order wrong and the workers have a hard time listening. They rush orders and are not organized. The quality is also bad, stale donuts and coffee. Systems for credit cards are down randomly. One worker told me I couldn't order 5 munchkins last week and that I had to buy 10? They are cheap and not a well run operation. Do not recommend.
