Enjoyed a beautiful morning in the shade. The location is perfectly placed near the train that pops by every so often. Was able to sit at the outdoor seating in the shade and enjoy iced mocha latte and a breakfast bagel. The wind blowing was a great add. Things are getting so expensive, but, what can ya do. I enjoyed the morning.

went in at 7:30 AM to get a sandwich and a coffee, the service from a few girls was immediately dismissive & more than half of the bagel case was completely empty. i was told store was out of 3 different bagels i tried to order and given no direction on substitutions. i finally asked for a different bagel just to try and find a solution and then they forgot half the items on the sandwich, it was cold to the touch upon immediately unwrapping it and the presentation is less than appetizing. $9 for this sandwich when it looks like this, is cold & you are missing multiple key ingredients is super disappointing. additionally, i tried to order a medium coffee and was told they were out of medium cups & i would have to order and pay for a large unless i wanted a small. used to love it here but i am extremely disappointed & confused with the service and the lack of product stock at 7:30 in the morning?? don’t think i will be returning.

I’ve come into this Einsteins a few times and the food is great, the women workers i’ve talked to are amazing… however I’ve found a repeating occurrence that a male worker is using the women’s restroom. The men’s bathroom isn’t closed. As someone with kids trying to change diapers, I am disgusted by this. My friend came in one day and said she walked in on that man in the women’s restroom, why he doesnt lock the door I don’t know! She screamed and quickly left. I truly do not plan on returning until this is fixed.

This was my first time coming my food was great but they was this rude white girl who was like you order over there it was giving racist vibes and I waited a while for my food they attended all the white people first I will not be coming back fix that white girls attitude or fire her
Arrived at 12:15, no plain bagels available. Went to the hinsdale location afterward and arrived at 12:45 to which they were making plain bagels. Appears to be more of a laziness issue rather than an availability issue.

Staff talks about the customers as they are standing waiting for their food. Very sad. Also took 10 mins for one bagel. My ticket turned red on the screen. They knew i was getting frustrated and they slowly brought the bag to the counter and said here ya go... no apologies. Get better management to control this. They were talking more than working. Coming from someone who used to work there....this is Very disappointing.

Kids on their phones no smiles beside one, kid was actually texting while I was at the register never made eye contact. There was no half and half for coffee and one girl seemed annoyed while attending only one girl seemed to have a big smile the whole time she didn’t attend me but she was only reason for not getting one star

I just moved here from Maryland where I was a big Einstein frequent customer! Very disappointed in this location in regards to the actual food received. Amount of bacon is so small you can’t even taste it for the cost! I barely got a whole slice of bacon on my whole sandwich.
