Update: I reached out to email I was given in response to my review regarding our service and never received a response! Again, terrible service!
I just moved here from Maryland where I was a big Einstein frequent customer! Very disappointed in this location in regards to the actual food received. Amount of bacon is so small you can’t even taste it for the cost! I barely got a whole slice of bacon on my whole sandwich.

My bf introduced me to this place. It’s amazing the maple house! They know how to make breakfast. Very friendly customers. I left my sander in the bathroom came 2hrs later and it was still there. And the staff are always friendly and polite honestly would want to apply here. Atmosphere and music is always more than great. Thanks Glen Ellyn e.b.

Reminds me of Cheers - Everyone of the staff knows the customers name & the atmosphere is friendly not rushed & staff is patient. It was my first time but I witnessed a lot & felt welcomed & like a regular. Food was great made fresh & I left out wishing there were more locations in the area.

Nothing against the people that work there, but these are some fraudulent bagels. This breakfast sandwich has that fake pre-made egg nonsense and the bagels are rubbery.
Do yourselves a favor and go over to that country bagel place or whatever its called over in wheaton. These chains just aint it!

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time in person today. I work in the area and I’ve gotten it delivered a few times and was pleasantly surprised. But today was again, the first time visiting in person. Initially when you walk in, there’s just a big open area of people standing around. No signs saying “order here” or “pay here”. Which in turn, leaves you standing there. While yes, we could have asked an employee where we are supposed to order, they all seemed to be too good to help us. The girl that took our order was almost rushing us and gave off the vibe that she was being inconvenienced by us. And I will say there were other people there, but not a crazy amount of people. Then at check out, they ask if you want to tip. Now. If they brought our food to us at a table, or gave above and beyond customer service, I’d have no problem leaving a tip. But when you act inconvenienced towards your customers and have terrible customer service, you don’t deserve a tip. You did your job, mediocre at best. And after we ordered, mind you we got two bagels each, we stood around for probably 20 minutes waiting. While four other people ordered after us got their orders first. Wonder if it’s cause of the no tip? The food itself wasn’t bad. Wasn’t the best thing we’ve ever had, but certainly not the worst. I understand being stressed and under pressure and maybe having a slight attitude, that’s completely understandable, but this was just over the top. If I were to ever give this company any more money, it will be delivery cause the atmosphere of this location was anything but pleasant.

This place has better bagels and good service which make for a superb combination and a better dining experience than its competitors. Personally it's one of my favorite places for bagels and all that is breakfast or lunch.

Place was dirty, we brought our daughter in stroller, they were rude to my wife and took the order of an older man over her when she was next. So we left. Their refrigerated products appear to be kept out no telling how long and the floor and counters were gross.

Very rude service. When ordering the man that took our order dramatically sighed as if it was such a disturbance also didn’t ask if we needed our receipt which he ended up forgetting one of our hash browns. He also didn’t ask for our name for the order but had asked every other single person before and after us.
