Ellyns has awesome food and a very friendly environment. Never had something I didn’t like, and can always find something new on the menu. Great drink menu and specials. Ellyns will always be a go to!

This place is legit, good humans, good vibes, slighlty hipster food but good all around.
I took one bite out of my ruben sandwich to find that it was one hundred percent fat. It is. By far the worst Rubin I ever had. What little Corn beef, that was on the sandwich. The meat was Gray. Shame on kitchen personal for sending that disgusting sandwich to me. The girls working behind the bar were very understanding and apologetic. They removed the sandwich from my bill and asked if I wanted something else.But I could not possibly dream of eating anything there ever again .?

I like Ellyn's- it's a nice treat for days when I need a quick meal and don't want to eat at home. Prices are about average, about $15 for a burger. There's a range of beers too. They do Thursday trivia and bingo or other events to make it a little more interactive. Surprisingly, the service is even better than the food! Seriously, every time I'm just blown away by how nice (and good at their jobs) the staff is. Tonight our server was Katie (maybe Katy? I didn't see the spelling) and she made a casual dinner out feel like meeting a friend for a burger. Well done Ellyn's!

First time...and last time. Greeted by the hostess and seated....and that was it. About 10 minutes at the table with food and beer menus. Not one person greeted us, brought water, or even acknowledged we were there. Inexcusable.
