Easily some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Crispy crust, delicious melted cheese. Only reason not five stars was the service was pretty rough. Minima refills with beverages, waited an additional 15 min for our ticket. Wasn’t super busy.

Ordered for delivery at 5:30pm and 2.5hrs later nothing when I was told 1.5hrs for order. Been calling 30 minutes straight and nobody has picked up the phone. Order finally shows up and still no communication from the restaurant or even an answer to my calling. Unfortunately this is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. This isn’t the first time the place has disappointed me. This is the last straw. I’m done with this place. I’ll make the drive to Lou malnatis for better food and better quality of service. Shouldn’t matter what day it is. No excuses.

Extra Crispy. For the second time out of the last three pickup orders, our thin crust was cooked too long. In fact, it was burned on about 25% of the edge. Although we have been customers of the Glen Ellyn Giordano’s for years, I think that we will have to give Oak Brook Terrace a try.

We ordered a deep dish Italian beef pizza with maybe 2 pieces of beef and paid $28. Dissatisfied spoke to manager Lily who granted me a credit for another pizza. Then when I went to redeem she wasn’t there, her staff let me leave without my pizza and only offered a $20 credit. They let me walk out the door without my pizza for $8! Wow! Really?

It was a good experience. The parmesan crust pizza was the highlight. As we are vegetarians, so not many options. Friendly staff, good smilng service. Clean and definitely recommended

What happened to the great pizza you used to get here? So disappointed in our order. Pizza was way over cooked. Parmesan, garlic fries were cold and the calamari was cold too. Went to pick it up and they said it would be ready shortly. After another 10 minutes asked again and they said, ohh yeah it’s ready. I think that’s why it was over cooked. Then they only brought the pizza and not the sides. Again, the sides had to have been just sitting in a box and not under a warming lamp, because they were cold. Used to love the food here……not any more.
