I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this location. I understand that fast food and retail can be tough environments, and I don’t expect perfection—but this visit felt especially frustrating.
We were spoken to rather rudely at the drive-thru window, with an employee claiming we repeatedly said we were done ordering, when in fact we only said it once. It’s possible there was a miscommunication, but we had two people in the car confirming that we never said we were done and that the employee was just rudely dismissing us during our order. The employee was wearing an AirPod in one ear and a headset in the other, which doesn’t seem very efficient when taking drive thru orders.
What stood out more, though, was the overall environment—loud music, laughing at customers in the background, and a general lack of attentiveness. It gave the impression that the team wasn’t particularly focused on customer service.
After reading similar reviews, it seems this might be more of a management issue than a one-off situation. I hope this feedback is helpful and that the location can work toward a more professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Asked for the a slim sandwich, the most basic of basic they can do at jimmy John’s and I had to go back to the store and still received TWO additional incorrect sandwiches. Did not even go in a third time to tell them they can’t put three ingredients correctly together in one sandwich. Will not return to this location.

Only issue is that when ordering the 16in sandwich for delivery the sandwich comes sticking out of the bag. This isn't sanitary when being put into a vehicle and it having a chance to pick up any germs from a delivery driver. Any food being delivered should NOT be sticking out of the bag with just a paper wrapped around it. The food items should be in the sealed bag completely

Jimmy Johns gotta take that Freaky Fast sign off all their stores, no longer applies.
I have had terrible experiences the last several times with Jimmy John’s. So far we are about 0 for 3 with order accuracy. Most recently I ordered 4 sandwiches, and only 3 were entered in the system. My daughter had to share hers with me because the line was so long. The young man doing the orders was rushing me along trying to close my order before I could finish. Won’t be going back again. I’m pretty fed up with JJ’s sorry to say.
Update: originally I had given 2 stars for messing up my order. However, after filing a complaint, Jimmy John's customer service made it right. It's great to see a classy response. Still, I feel like JJ's needs a boost of QC across all restaurants. Hope to see that happen in the future.

These employees could not have wanted to be here less. I felt bad for bothering them to get a sandwich. They were not busy and only had two things to do. Make a sandwich and pour a Coke. Sandwich was great, Coke was diet, or a REALLY bad mix. Needless to say, this visit was the nail in the coffin for tipping far food employees to do their job. Never again.

Freaky slow.
Yet another wrong order! Tuna sandwich with Turkey! Yum! Not sure if the workers here are smoking a little too much of somethin, somethin but this is getting really annoying. I keep coming back for the convenience (even though at least 1 of the sandwiches is always wrong) but this was my final straw. I literally just wanted them to add Jimmy peppers, which I did get but with Turkey. Tuna and Turkey sandwich…..blahhh

THE WAY THIS TEAM . Made my sandwhich was so full of love and care. This is the best lettuce wrap I’ve purchased from any Jimmy Johns location. Quality was Perfection. Thanks team!
