Yesterday came from far away just to taste the crab here, it said open in the map. After 40 minutes I drove, and finally we stood in front of the restaurant. The sign said open, but the door was locked and once we sneak inside the restaurant, all chairs are flipped up as well. How disappointing . Please update Google maps properly if you're close. Definitely will not come back, no matter how good your rating is. FYI, we came on Saturday 5.30pm

Do not be skeptical regarding this place’s interior; the food is AMAZING.
My girlfriend and I wanted seafood boil and wanted to stay in the western suburbs. If you’re looking for seafood boil, this place is great. You get a good amount of food for the price and it’s very reasonably priced. Great food, decent service, and quality seafood.
The “spicy” is tolerable. Not TOO spicy. There is a level up that I didn’t try. Crab was fresh and tasty. Not sure how the other sauces are, but we both got cajun with varying levels of spice. Regardless, it was all very tasty and service was quick.
Will definitely be back!

I regret to say that my recent visit to King Crab was thoroughly disappointing. The level of customer service was abysmal, to say the least. Despite requesting water for the table, we were informed by the server that they were "going to run out of cups," which is simply unacceptable. Additionally, our order for fries and lemonades never arrived, despite multiple reminders to the server. The few pieces of calamari we did receive were vastly overpriced for the portion size. To add insult to injury, we were still charged for these items that were never served. Overall, the experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution others against dining here until they improve their service standards. To add to the litany of disappointments, the server even had the audacity to double-check if we had left a tip, as if the subpar service warranted any gratuity. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction only compounded our dissatisfaction with the entire experience. It's evident that King Crab has serious issues to address in terms of both service and professionalism. Save yourself the frustration and dine elsewhere until they can get their act together.

I got a seafood boil with full seasoning and garlic bread and it was fantastic. Great portion size and overall flavor. Will be coming back.

The place has been re-decorated. Looked as though a new owner may have taken over. However, the same extremely rude person still owned it. Our food was not tasty at all. It was very bland. The crab legs were mushy. We mentioned it to the server who rolled her keys up, as she took the plate back to the kitchen. The owner came back with the plate and put it on the table and said “it is fine” and walked away. We got up and left. As we were walking down the street to our car, the owner came out and shouted, and don’t come back”. Stay far away from this place!

OMG best little place in carol steam, I'm here Sunday night no one is here and I am wondering why, I had a drink called sunshine, it's pineapple, orange, strawberry juices is delicious. I had crab legs, corn, potato, eggs, salad came with meal, the dressing on salad was very different but soft and delicate, the crab was very clean, sweet and plenty. ordered the cajin house, mild still had a kick of spice but perfect.If I could give this place a 10 star it would get an 11. Fabulous delightful very quiet, server's was not a pest, but cleaned up right away. I still don't know why it's not packed. This is a must go to if your in carol stream Illinois
