Wonderful experience and the food was AMAZING!!! The tacos were not only beautifully decorated, they also tasted incredibly tasty! The staff was very kind and the environment very clean and elegant :) 10000% recommend! Tacos are a little pricey but it’s worth it! The tasty tacos are so good!

Lil Donkey is inside Toda Madre in Glen Ellyn which means it's takeout or carryout and delivery but no seating. You order online - serving burritos quesadillas nachos and various sauces, bean dips, cheese dips, guacamole and salsas. We ordered and ate in the car. Our burritos were incredible! Just the right size they don't fall apart when eating. Fried crispy shrimp burrito is a take on a fried fish taco meaning it had Napa cabbage radishes onion pinto beans and chipotle aioli yummy sauce rolled into a burrito shell. Chicken burrito had shredded chicken fried potatoes pinto beans pickled red onions cream and tomatillo sauce with toasted sesame seeds. Chilaquiles burrito is a must have ! Option is chicken or steak with crispy tortilla strips onion cilantro crema pinto beans and salsa verde with queso fresco ORDER this one it's unusually delicious. Chips and salsa comes with each order. Same quality ingredients as Toda Madre. Check them out.

There’s another review that says “perfect portions”, I most definitely disagree. The images displayed for the burritos are misleading to the actual size. They look filled in the photos and round on the inside. Instead I was given a flat burrito with hardly any filling. They were honestly the same size of a breakfast sausage burrito from McDonalds. If you want an over priced small burrito then this is the place for you. Not coming here again for the price. They also forgot my chips and guac. Smh ??♂️Note: Pick up order through Grubhub

Staff. Manager and 2 bartenders talked so LOUDLY that it was hard to enjoy lunch Food was ok. My waitress Lily was great !! Here 1/2 hour and the manager and bartenders still talking loudly

Quality has gone down in terms of food and delivery. Half the order never arrived and was told I needed to pick it up?!? I thought the point of delivery is so I don't have to pick it up? I guess I am confused. Also the donkeys seem pre-made? I don't know much but I know when shells are dry and ingredients not super fresh. Would love to hear from the establishment telling me I am wrong.

We checked the website for reservations and it stated that because of construction they only took walk-in or takeout. After driving 45 minutes we were told we needed reservations and it would be an hour wait. We won’t be back!

Like everything that comes out of the kitchen at ‘A Toda Madre’, the brick-and-mortar that hosts this virtual restaurant, the food is absolutely fantastic. We have ordered multiple times now and it has only gotten better since when we first tried it opening night. The current special, pollo con mole, is the best offering yet.They recommend 2-3 burritos for the “hungry” to “very hungry” eater, and that feels about right. 2 would probably be enough for me most meals, but I always go with 3 just to be sure I can order a nice variety.Highly recommended. Carry-out and delivery only. (If looking to sit down, A Toda Madre is one of the best restaurants in Chicagoland and absolutely shouldn’t be missed.)

Delicious burritos with a very flavorful guacamole-salsa included. We tried the Chicken-which had an incredible smoky flavor, the Vegetal - where the poblano peppers were the star, and the Carnitas Especial - which was good but surprisingly not as tasty as the other two. We ordered all 3 with extra cheese (because cheese is delicious!) While the sauce provided is great (and was plenty without ordering extra) I would still recommend the guacamole and chips because the guacamole is outstanding. 1 is VERY filling - 1 1/2 was on the edge of too much. But do try to order with a friend so you can try more than one of these delicious burritos.

Delicious...as expected from the ATM kitchen. Pork was the favorite, but carne and chicken were also excellent. Burritos were quite a bit larger than we expected from the description. I would say one is a normal portion and two would be plenty even if you’re quite hungry. Three would be an enormous meal! This will be a new pandemic takeout staple for our house.
